As it turned out, by time Touma had eaten and gotten his breakfast, Tsuchimikado had already left his dorm room behind and made his way to their school.

Which was odd in of itself. Tsuchimikado was almost as bad as him at getting to school on time unless Maika kicked his lazy ass out of bed.

Well, it wasn't really a problem for Touma anyway, he could just talk to him at school so not a big deal.

And getting to school for him on time, even leaving late, wasn't any bother at all. He didn't need to bother making his way to the train station and waiting for one to get there.

He simply hopped over his banister once he left his dorm room behind, in a flash his right arm shifting into sky blue and lemon yellow scaled fibres, before spreading up past his shoulder and forming over his back and spreading out into a pair of wings.

Soaring through the air towards school and skipping all the nonsense of having to waste his money on train fare, was completely the spice of life. It might not measure up to him getting his own license and vehicle to drive, but it was still pretty great nonetheless and Touma reached his destination in only five minutes of leisurely flying his way there.

Landing lightly atop the roof of his school, Touma grinned and let the sky blue and lemon yellow scales fade away once more before making his way over to the door leading into the building.

The only problem being, when he clasped the handle and pulled, it didn't budge. It was locked, "Such misfortune." Touma groaned, leaning his head against the door.

Because of course it would be locked the only time he tries to land on the roof. Sighing, Touma turned and shifted his arm back into its scaled form, and made his way over to the back of the roof before hopping over it, falling four stories to the ground and landing easily with the enhancement even the barest minimum the dragon shell gave him.

                                                                             ___________

"Yo Kami-yan!" Aogami Pierce perked up when he walked into their classroom, where he was leaning over Tsuchimikado's desk, "We missed you you yesterday, where the heck were ya? We had an epic debate going on what type of panties are better and you missed it!"

'Some things never change.' Touma rolled his eyes.

"Ah, you already know where he was bro," Tsuchimikado grinned at him, "He was off getting another girl infected with the Kami-yan disease."

Touma instinctively opened his mouth to retort and deny the outlandish accusation, as he always did.

But, he stopped. He couldn't actually deny it this time. Because...he had a girlfriend now, and as far as they were aware, he hadn't just come back in time with her. To them, he would have just skipped class.

"Kami-yan?" Tsuchimikado furrowed his brows over his dark sunglasses at Touma's lack of response.

"...Hey...hey, what's that on your neck Kami-yan!?" Aogami gasped, flinging himself up from where he leaned on the table to rush over and grab him, looking closely at his neck, "...This...this is a hickey!?" the blue haired pervert shouted.

The class went completely silent and every head turned to stare at him, Fukiyose at the back of the class included, her eyes narrowing at him.

That scary Iron Wall girls eyes made him want to curl up into a ball and hide. Dragon Shell, the hell was that in the face of an Iron Wall?

"..No way..." Tsuchimikado gaped, "It's happened! Kami-yan, you skipped class to get frisky with a girl?"

"Why is it always Kamijou!?"

"No way, I thought I had more of a chance!"

"Damnit Kamijou, while we're training for the Daihasei, you're off playing with girls! Why you gotta rub it in!?"

"Death to the Kamijou Bloodline!"

Touma sighed. A year in the past, with only a few of his high school classmates in the same class, and yet it was the same thing as always.

The cries of envy and retribution of his classmates were quite quickly drowned out by the heavy, stomping footfalls of Fukiyose Seiri as she marched her way to the front of the class towards him, her narrowed gaze becoming a glare.

She wasn't even walking hard! It had to be because of those obscenely huge breasts of hers adding a ton of extra weight that made her footsteps seem so much heavier!

Touma barely resisted the urge to gulp as the stopped in front of him and crossed her arms under that ridiculous bust of hers, "Kamijou Touma! Once again you're causing a ruckus and after failing to show up yesterday and do your duties and help us, again!" Fukiyose growled before reaching over to grab him by the lapels of his jacket and yanking it open a bit to expose his neck entirely, "And with a hickey indeed! Are you proudly showing off how much you like to shirk the rules now?" she demanded.

"Now now F-Fukiyose, I didn't skip intentionally!" Touma stammered, "I was just...sick yesterday. And a friend came over to help me out."

"A friend huh?" Tsuchimikado cut in wiggling his eyebrows, "Quite the friend you've got there if she left you with a love bite like that, seems like she's well in the know of how things go around you and wants to tell the rest of your harem to back off."

"How many times do I need to tell you, I don't have a harem!" Touma snapped his head to the side and growled at the blonde spy bastard. If he had a harem, he would have gotten his first kiss much sooner than yesterday for crying out loud!

"Sure sure, you keep telling yourself that you bastard," Aogami huffed, sidling up beside him and Fukiyose to poke at his neck, "So which girl did this? An oldie or a new girl? It wasn't beauty-senpai who comes to see you now and then is it?!"

"Stop poking me you freak!" Touma shouted, fist flying up to crack the blue haired teen in the jaw and send him flipping ass over head and landing behind another desk, "And if you must know you damn assholes, no it wasn't beauty-senpai, she really was just a friend yesterday until she confessed!"

Once again there was silence at his words, and even Fukiyose gaped at him letting go off his jacket.

The one to break the silence, was of course a certain blonde spy bastard, "Hoh? One of your girls actually had the balls to confess, that's crazy!" Tsuchimikado laughed, "And if that love bite is anything to by, you totally accepted Kami-yan you dog!"

A blue haired head popped up over the desk it had just been smashed behind a moment ago, "You know Kami-yan, we of the Delta Force aren't supposed to have girlfriends, I think we're gonna have to kick you out," he nodded sagely, completely unbothered by the punch he just took, "So who is it anyway Kami-yan? Was I right? Was it beauty-senpai?"

"I just told you it wasn't beauty-senpai!" Touma growled at the blue haired pervert, "None of you know her anyway! Or well, have met her at least!" he quickly amended.

Because few people didn't actually know who Mikoto was, being the famous rank three level five railgun after all.

"Shit, she's famous!" Tsuchimikado gasped, "Kam-yan, don't tell me you shacked up with an idol!?"

"No, no!" Aogami shook his head, "For the high level Kami-yan, it's probably a porn star the lucky bastard!"

Fukiyose promptly turned and punched the blue haired boy back down behind the desk, "Don't be so crude!" she admonished him.

Touma sighed, closing his eyes and pinching the bridge of his nose. How annoying. But, there was no point in hiding it, right? They'd find out at some point, Mikoto was probably going to be over at his apartment a lot, so it was inevitable Tsuchimikado would find out and tell everyone, "If you idiots must know, her name is Misaka Mikoto." he name dropped his favourite electrical outlet and made his way over to his desk.

For the third time in a few minutes, a shocked silence was the result of his words and actions.

By time he reached his desk only a few feet away and behind Tsuchimikado's though, the entire class erupted into a barney of shouts and demands.

Of course, it was at that moment their teacher came in and shouted for everyone to quiet down and go to their seats.

Touma had timed his revelation well.

While everyone was going to their seats or quieting down, the spiky haired teenager leaned forward over his desk, "I need to speak to you tonight, it's important." he whispered into his friends ear.

"Hm?" Tsuchimikado hummed in interest, after all, Touma rarely needed anyone for anything, "Sure, come see me after Maika has made dinner and returned to her dorm."

Touma nodded and leaned back into his chair to pay attention to his teacher. And then he blinked, 'Wait, were they talking about it being the daihasei?!' his eyes widened.

It had totally slipped his mind, with the jumbled mess his head had been the past day of past and present memories settling against each other.

                                                                                      ___________

When classes came to an end for the day, Mikoto really couldn't help the sigh of relief that left her. With everything that was going on with her, it had completely slipped her mind that the daihasei was coming up back here and now and was less than a week away. Four days to be precise.

To be fair, she had much more important things to taking up central thought in her head and it wasn't actually that long ago that she had competed in the daihasei anyway, just two months ago even, so she could be excused for forgetting about it.

Still, back here in the past, Tokiwadai was a lot lonelier than she remembered. She didn't have any friends here now after all. It hadn't bothered her all that much before, but, now after spending so much time around Kuroko, Kongu, Wannai and Awatsuki, having nobody to speak to during the school hours showed her how isolated she used to be from everybody else.

She wasn't even registered to compete in any of the duo events because she didn't have any friends to be her partner.

After changing out of her gym clothing back into her summer uniform, Mikoto wasted no time in leaving her school behind and making her way to her dorm to wait.

Sitting down on the steps outside, Mikoto sighed sadly as she pulled her gekota themed phone from her skirt pocket and checked the messages. There was only one new one, from her idiot.

'On my way.' - was all it said and had been sent a few minutes ago.

'I only have one friend back here and it's my boyfriend.' the tea haired girl snorted to herself. She remembered idly back to before her boyfriend had lost his memories and when she was always challenging him to fights.

He'd had fun giving her the run around and mocking her. At one point, he'd claimed she was a lonely girl who looked after the class pet. It had pissed her off, not only because he wasn't taking her seriously, but because he wasn't exactly wrong, beyond the class pet thing.

She hadn't known how lonely she had been until Kuroko introduced her to Saten, Uihara, Wannai and Awatsuki.

Frankly, the only people she really knew at Tokiwadai right now were Shokuhou and Junko. And she wasn't going near Shokuhou if she could help it, because that starry eyed bimbo would cause some type of drama around her boyfriend because she was completely into him as well, and Junko was Shokuhou's right hand basically, so she couldn't even talk to her without the blonde butting in either.

It wasn't long before other students of Tokiwadai started returning to the dorm or passing her by on their way to the School Garden, many of them giving her weird looks.

Mikoto ignored them as best she could, though even closing her eyes wasn't enough to block them out because of her electromagnetic sensing, she could feel every time someone came near her and just paused, looking at her.

Her sitting out here as she was would have drawn some attention for any student really, Tokiwadai was basically a school full of ojou-sama's after all, many of them sheltered girls that barely left the School Garden for anything.

But, with her being who she was, a level five and all, she drew a lot more attention than normal. It was one of the most annoying things about being a level five, practically everything she did drew attention and was scrutinized by dozens of eyes from dozens of different places.

'I should probably call mama and let her know about that idiot and me.' Mikoto thought to herself with a sigh. She had been chasing Touma for so long now, that there was no way she was going to limit herself when it came to him just because of gossip rags. So, it would probably be better for her mother to hear about her having a boyfriend from her own mouth rather than reading about it in a newspaper or some magazine.

Besides, Mama clearly had experience reigning in a free spirit like her Papa. Sure she would have some words of wisdom as advice for dealing with her new relationship?

'No, rather wouldn't I be better off getting advice from his mother?' Mikoto wondered. She'd met Touma's parents briefly during their first daihasei, even had lunch together with them, and she'd noticed that Touya Kamijou definitely had some of the same key points her boyfriend did, specifically unintentionally charming women without even meaning to, if to a lower degree.

But there was a problem with that as well. She hadn't met her idiots parents at this point in time, and their parents had only become friends after the daihasei.

'Maybe I should invite mama to come to daihasei this year as well?' Mikoto mused. She hadn't actually come when this daihasei came around the first time because Mikoto hadn't really been planning on doing much, but if she did, she could press the advantage, having him re-meet her mother and re-meet his parents herself.

As far as she knew only that silver sister had met his parents before. And now that wasn't an issue.

"Yo Mikoto!" the familiar voice of her boyfriend broke her from her thoughts and she opened her eyes to see her spiky haired boyfriend crossing the road and making his way over to her.

Smiling, Mikoto put those thoughts out of mind for now and stood up from where she was sitting on the steps outside her dorm, picking up her school bag and getting up to greet him.

"Hey idiot." she greeted him back happily and walked over to him, she ignored the stares she got from other Tokiwadai girls and happily reached up to grasp his hand that he had raised to greet her and thread her fingers between his.

Touma raised his eyebrow at her, but didn't comment on it, "So, what's the plan then?" he asked.

"I talked to my dorm supervisor and the headmistress, and they were pretty much all for it," Mikoto replied, "They just need to get the okay from the head of Tokiwadai and we can go through with the system scan, honestly though I expect they'll get back to me by t-"

The tea haired electro master never got the chance to finish her sentence, because at that moment the gekota phone in her other hand vibrated and the notification sound of her receiving a new text message went off.

Mikoto flipped the phone open and checked the new message before snorting, "Good timing," she mused and looked up at her boyfriend, "That was a message from my headmistress, the head okay'd it, I've to bring you by tomorrow morning once homeroom begins, that's the only time they have to do it." mostly because of the daihasei preparations and all the students using much of the gym areas to practice for the events.

"That was quick." Touma noted.

"Nah, I expected it to be even quicker," Mikoto shook her head, "Like I told you there's prestige in being the one to 'discover' a level five, especially one like you who's been wrongly examined and labelled level zero, and they'll know it's legit since I'm a level five myself and recommending it."

"If you say so biri biri," Touma shrugged, to be honest, he wasn't too fussed either way. There were a lot of benefits to being known as a level five that he wouldn't mind, but at the same time he was perfectly okay being a level zero and he was only really going through with it because Mikoto wanted him to, "Then since that's taken care of, what do you wanna do?" the spiky haired boy asked.

Putting the thought of his system scan out of mind, Mikoto bit her lip, "...What about a d-date?" she asked.

"Sounds good to me," Touma agreed, "Anywhere you want to go specifically or do you want to leave it up to me?"

"...You decide." Mikoto replied. She...didn't really know much about dating to be honest, she'd never actually been on one beyond that fake date she had been on with him ages ago when that creepy fake Unabara wouldn't leave her alone.

Touma eyed the shorter girl before shrugging, "Let's hit up Seventh Mist then." he suggested. There was plenty to do there, and plenty things Mikoto liked and she definitely wasn't the type of girl who wanted to just go get dinner.

He knew her well enough to know she'd prefer to go to an arcade or something.

"Sounds good," Mikoto smiled at him, but as he was beginning to start walking, she used her hand that was holding his to stop him, "Wait!" she said, and when he turned back around she stood up on her tiptoes and kissed him, ignoring the heat that began burning her cheeks when she heard a multitude of gasps from surrounding members of her dorm.

Touma was surprised at the sudden kiss, but happily reciprocated, the hand holding his bag winding around her slim waist to keep her balanced on her toes.

"What was that for?" he asked when she pulled back a moment later.

Cheeks stained red, Mikoto nonetheless smirked as they began walking, "Just making sure everyone around here knows who you belong to." she replied, shooting a glance at the dozens of Tokiwadai girls staring after her in shock.

"Man, what a possessive girlfriend I've got." Touma snorted, shaking his head in amusement.

Mikoto shot one last glance at her fellow students, before looking away and happily walking beside her spiky haired boyfriend, hand in his. No doubt it wouldn't be long before what happened here got back to Shokuhou.

Message sent.

She may not have deserved Touma, no girl she knew really did and Shokuhou definitely didn't. And he definitely deserved more, heck for all he did for everyone else and the world itself, he deserved the world itself as far as she was concerned. But Mikoto could only give him herself, she would just have to make that enough, because she had him now and she wasn't going to give him up for anything.

People could call her selfish all they wanted, but she'd happily steal him from the world and make him hers. If anyone had a problem with that, tough luck. They'd missed their chance.

                                                                             ___________

Shokuhou Misaki leaned back in her chair as she pulled back from the mind of one of her girls and clicked her tongue, 'This doesn't make sense at all,' the starry eyed blonde frowned, white glove clad hand clenching tightly around the support remote in her hand, 'How des Misaka-san even know him? I was sure he hadn't come into contact with her, and what is that old hag doing? How did she miss this?'

How did scrawny, brawny Misaka Mikoto of all people meet her prince and now seem to be dating him!? It was only three months ago that she'd been fully around him before that incident came to pass and he'd had little interest in her because of her figure, but Misaka Mikoto had an even worse figure than her from three months ago!

When a bunch of her girls turned up gossiping about that annoying railgun girl having a boyfriend, she'd been amused at the thought, and only a little curious and decided to take a look.

She was not at all amused to see a memory of that bitch holding hands with and kissing her prince!

This wasn't fair at all! 'My rage ability is just about reaching its boiling point.' she huffed.

"My Queen?" Junko spoke up giving her a worried look.

"Quiet." Misaki ordered flicking her wrist and pressing a button on her remote. Within a moment, every single girl in the same room as her fell silent.

"As I thought, I can never get along with that ape of a girl." Misaki's eyes narrowed and she resisted the urge to throw the remote in her hand.

Her prince's charm ability was simply too much, letting him charm even simian barbarians like Misaka-san. And she had vastly underestimated the boldness ability of a meathead like that sparky girl.

To think she'd actually make a move on her prince. Because there was no way he would have asked out Misaka first, it had to have been her asking him first, otherwise there was no way he would have been going out with a flat chested girl completely out of his strike range!

And that blatant way she kissed him in front of all the girls at their school. She must have known it wouldn't be long before it was on every girls tongue as gossip. So there was no way she didn't do that deliberately.

Did she know that Misaki had shared a splendid lovely summer with him? Or were there other girls at Tokiwadai that had met her prince and she didn't know of that fact and Misaka-san was sending a message to them?

Well, either way Misaki got the message. 'Back off, he's mine!'

"I truly hate that girl." Misaki slumped into her chair, defeat draining all the energy from her.
