"Like I said, I've got some pretty important information for your leaders," Yarden replied, "It's why I specifically came looking for you or Rias Gremory. since it would be pretty easy for me to get put into contact with Lucifer or Leviathan through you two."

Her eyes narrowed, "While knowledge of our peerages members wouldn't be too hard to get, knowing their pieces and how many we have left when we haven't competed in any official rating games shouldn't be something so easily attained," The slender dark haired girl said, "Where exactly did you find this information? And what else do you know?"

"A specific organization I used to be a part of, it's got members from practically every race and pantheon, and a faction within it really doesn't like your own," he explained with a shrug, "Specifically, a faction of devils and one of fallen angels that have beef with you. Information on yourself and Rias Gremory is pretty common knowledge within the group no matter the faction, I'm sure you can guess why."

Her eyes widened, "The Old Satan faction!" she gasped in realisation.

"That's the one," Yarden nodded, "That, and another faction led by a dusty crow that's causing problems for the church and has come here actually, has a bit of an eye for old dusty holy swords."

As the full weight and truth of what he knew dawned on her, Sona's eyes went even wider. Any more and they would be liable to pop out of her head, "Kokabiel!"

"Mmmhmm," Yarden nodded, reaching up rub his hand through his hair, "What to do now since this was a bust." he wondered aloud, turning on his feet to leave.

It was disappointing, but he could find other options, probably. As it was, he only really knew of Rias and Sona as kings, besides a few that popped up later in the anime like Sairaorg. He wouldn't trust anyone with any power over him. But, none of the ones he would accept had the ability to reincarnate him.

He'd need at least seven pawns after all. His power and potential was just that amazing.

"Wait wait!" Sona called after him, stopping him. He looked over his shoulder at her, "Where are you going, why are you just leaving?"

"I can't get what I want, so I don't feel the need to stick around?" Yarden shrugged, giving her an odd look, "I know enough about you and Rias Gremory I could stomach joining your peerages if I couldn't be a king from the get go, but I don't know about anyone else enough to trust them at all."

He left out the true reason why he was fine with them was because their peerages were full of hot girls. Knowing they treated their peerages well only got so far when he still had to basically take orders from someone.

And he was not about that.

Granted, he considered Sairaorg. But he was Sairaorg, a total badass.

'Probably for the best, I may not be able to resist the urge to take back the fragment of me within the Saji boys Sacred Gear.' Vritra mused.

Yarden hummed in interest as he turned away from Sona after explaining himself, 'You can do that?' he asked, interested.
'I am a master of the magic arts, it would be child's play to take it from within the gear.' the black dragon scoffed.

Now that was an option. Vritra may have already been back to near full strength thanks to the snake of Ophis and the addition of Delete Field. But, reclaiming his soul fragments would boost his power by quite a decent margin. Weakest in power he may have been of the Dragon King's, but weakest of them was subjective.

After all, Vritra was easily on par with a Satan according to the dragon himself in just power alone during his heyday.

And there was always sacrificing part of his body to Vritra the same way that clown Hyoudou did with Ddraig and become part dragon.

Granted, that was always in the plans anyway. Just when things calmed down and he could learn to control the new dragon aspect.

"Wait, what about my sister!" Sona's voice once again called out to him, making him pause, "I cannot promise anything, but she has many pieces of her own peerage, including her queen. She may agree to reincarnate you for this information and she would treat you well. On top of that, any member of a Satan's peerage is considered a high class devil from the get go!" she rushed to explain her offer.

Serafall Leviathan huh? The busty twin tailed magical girl short stack Satan that always ran around in skimpy outfits?

"...Go on." Yarden turned back around and gave Sona his undivided attention.

                                                                          __________

"Kaichou are you sure about this?" Tsubaki asked, biting her lip in worry, "This Yarden, his claims are incredibly wild. We have no reason to believe him."

"No, the information is too specific, especially what he hinted about Kokabiel," Sona shook her head as she formed a communication magic circle within an empty classroom, "And you may not know of it, but that holy sword can be no other than the Wallace Sword, you sensed it did you not? How it absolutely dwarfed the holy power of the two excalibur fragments those exorcist's were carrying?"

Tsubaki shivered as she remembered the absurd aura emanating from that guitar case over the boys shoulder. She had been unable to speak much because of her own instinctual terror of it. "Yes." she confirmed with a simple nod.

"A single slash of that would have little trouble in killing either of us," Sona shook her head, "I am quite well read on the sword, Rias after all was big on researching Sacred Gears in order to try and recruit the users to defeat Riser. It is said that it was a gift to William Wallace from his father the Sun God Belenus and he used it to kill a wielder of the Divine Dividing. Frankly, if it were not for the angels and church getting involved to help the English, he would have defeated them and most likely Scotland would have become the ruling power of the entire British Isles, history itself as we know it could have been entirely warped!"

It had such a history behind it?

Though Tsubaki could understand now why her king was so invested now. After all, without Britain going the way it did, many of the countries of the world may not have formed as they had now. the British played a massive role in the development of the current world.

"To have such a blade, with the bloodline of the Wallace family in his veins and two sacred gears of Vritra?" Sona snorted and looked at her queen, "Well, I can understand why he thought neither I or Rias would be able to reincarnate him. After all, it took me four pawns to reincarnate Saji, a normal base line human with only a single Vritra Sacred Gear, and the weakest of them all at that."

Yes, Tsubaki definitely understood. And for that strength to be in a boy a few years their junior? Well, it was no wonder he was so arrogant.

She had met Riser Phenex after all, and saw his arrogance in person. The Scottish teenager they had just met, going by her kings words, would have had no problem killing him should they have duelled.

"As much as I really don't want to deal with my sister, what he brings to the devils as a whole and the information he has, is just too much to let my annoyance with my sister get in the way." Sona admitted with a sigh as she finished forming the communication magic circle and let her magic flow into it.

The room they were in was cast in a purple glow and only a split moment later an excited perky voice echoed out from it, "So-tan!" The Leviathan cheered happily, "You're calling me? But you never call me! Has it finally happened, have you finally given in and accepted big sisters yuri yuri love for you!?"

Sona grit her teeth in annoyance. The things she sacrificed for the devil race!

                                                                     ___________

Serafall frowned as she stood out the door where a certain guest had been left to wait by her little sister.

'As if things weren't complicated enough with Kokabiel.' she sighed. With the meeting with Azazel and Michael coming up for peace talks, Kokabiel acting out and stealing the Excaliburs and coming to Kuoh of all places was a cumbersome situation.

And now a literal hero descendant with one of the most powerful holy swords in the world and two Sacred Gears turned up on her sisters door step and dropped the bomb on her that Kokabiel may be connected to the Old Satan faction?

That, with the information he had on her sister and Rias, apparently from the same organisation. Well, It made for a worrying picture.

She could easily sense the massive holy power emanating from behind the door. Frankly, Serafall was quite impressed with her sister for having the sheer will to stand in front of it and converse with the holder of the sword, especially with how lax she was in regards to growing stronger.

Now if only Sona could apply that willpower to getting stronger, she may even surpass her one day!

She didn't have much of a measure of the wielder, beyond him apparently having two Sacred Gears and his bloodline. But she could sense his magic power. It was at the pinnacle of what she would class as High-Class, bordering on the Ultimate-class.

For a human, descendant of a god or not, that was an absurd amount of power.

How troublesome. She knew the moment her sister actually felt the need to call her that it wasn't going to be anything simple.

Ah damn she was tired. She'd been working non stop to get things set up for the peace talks and handling most of the preliminary talks. She was just about to head to bed when her precious little sister called her.

But this couldn't wait. 'What he wants in return isn't all that much.' she mused. He wanted either no king, or a king that would from her understanding of his personality, not get on his nerves and order him around too much.

He wanted to be a king from the get go as well from what she grasped from her little sisters explanation. Which told her, he wanted access to benefits that only kings had. The first that came to mind, was the right to have a peerage.

Honestly speaking. It truly wasn't all that much of a demand. He was bringing the bloodline of a god into their faction, alongside his own strength and sacred gears. She knew not long ago, that old man Gremory would have definitely tried to help push it through and try marry off Rias to him.

Ever since the Gremory bloodline had dried up, he'd wanted to bring more bloodlines into his family. And the holy flames of Belenus that the Wallace family had inherited, alongside their massive resistance to the holy element, would have definitely been something he coveted.

And he was not the only one.

That, on top of this seemingly vital information, in her opinion making him a king from the get go was a small price to pay. The only way for that to happen though, was for him to join one of the Satan's peerages.

Sirzechs already had a full peerage as did Falbium. That left only her and Ajuka. And Ajuka wouldn't care much at all about him beyond the information unless Sirzechs specifically asked him to take an interest. And leaving a gem like this to their complete own devices was plain silly.

But then they all had their weird quirks. 'That leaves only me.' she mused. Oh well. It wasn't like she had to give him her full undivided attention. And she didn't really mind using her queen piece to sweeten the pot for him.
Plus, having a second in command wouldn't be a bad thing.

Well, no point waiting around. Serafall let a beaming smile flow onto her face and kicked the door open before prancing into the near empty classroom, "Have no fear, Miracle Levi-tan is here!" she announced as she entered with a flounce, striking a pose a moment later, wand appearing in her grip and aimed at the sky, two fingers forming a v with her other hand and laying over one of her eyes as her.

"Four out of ten," a stocky teenager with short black spiky hair commented from where he sat on the teachers chair, feet kicked up on the desk, arms crossed, "I didn't even see a flash of your underwear, what kind of magical girl are you?"
Eh?

Serafall blinked, sure she did it some times, but she hadn't really thought of it here and now. She quickly shook her head though and glared at the teen, "What do you mean four of ten? I may not have went all ecchi ecchi panty shots, but with this outfit and how cute I am and that pose, it should have been at least a seven!"

How cheeky!

"Maybe if you were dealing with some virgin Japanese school boy," the teenager, Yarden shook his head, "But for a man like me, we need a little bit more or it's just childish. You didn't even use any special effects like sparkles, and I know you devils can easily do that to highlight your cute looks. Honestly, I expected better."

For the first time in a while, Serafall felt herself truly at a loss. Nobody had ever called out her magical girl act as lacking! Usually the pervs were gaping like horny idiots even without her flashing them because of how short her skirt was already and how tight her top was. Or beyond them, condescending because they thought her an idiot like the old fuddy duddies of the older generation.

Alright, may he did have some taste to him after all.

She pouted for a moment before smirking and spinning in place, conjuring a cold gust of wind in an instant that pushed her skirt up and flashed her perky round ass at him, a pair of innocent white panties stretched around her butt like any true magical girl should have.

That pout turned into a smirk full of pride when she saw his deep blue eyes had widened at the sight that he no doubt burned into his mind, "Well how's that Mr. Critic?" she jutted her chin out at him smugly.

"Ten out of ten," he replied and her pride grew, "In hotness at least. Great ass, top of the line, out of this world. But what kind of magical girl blatantly flashes someone like that and not all innocent? You some kind of hentai magical girl?"

And that pride was smashed apart instantly.

"No!" she refuted on instinct, that wasn't what she was going for at all. It was just normal for magical girls to end up in ecchi situations! And she had no shame in her body, it was hard to after being drowned in the blood and guts of her people as a literal child growing up during the Great War, "You're such a meanie!" she pouted at him.

Only half serious.

Still, without meaning to a chuckle left her, "You're an interesting guy, huh?" she cast away her magical girl facade and got serious, while it wasn't some made up part of her, this really wasn't the best time, "So, I've heard what you want. And I'm in a position to grant it, you'll be a part of my peerage, but for the most part you'll be free to do as you please within limits and you'll become high class from the get go."

Yarden nodded and opened his mouth, "Ophis," he replied, dropping the name of the feared Infinite Dragon God and she blinked in shock, "You were going to say you could grant it, if the information I had is worth it, weren't you?"

She was. 'So he has a pretty smart head on his shoulders even with how arrogant Sona claimed he was,' she mused inwardly, "I was, but what does the Infinite Dragon God have to do with any of this?" she asked.

She dreaded the answer.

"Nothing much, she's just the leader of that little organization I told your sister about, you know, the one Kokabiel is a part of, as are the Old Satan Faction," he casually replied and her eyes widened in shock, "It's called the Khaos Brigade, and that's only the tip of the ice burg. For instance, the goal Ophis is hoping to accomplish could end up with this entire world destroyed, and she's powering up everyone in that group with her own power, even absolute low class fodder jumping up high enough in power to give your high class devils a challenge."

...This was so much more than she ever imagined. The Old Satan Faction alone was not weak. The descendants of the Old Satan's while not as strong as the likes of Serafall herself, Rizevim not included, where all solid Ultimate-Class fighters. Them alone supped up on the power of The Infinite Dragon God was very, very worrying.

They would become a much larger threat than they already were. And that was not taking in to account the other members of this Khaos Brigade. 'If Kokabiel has been powered up as well, he may even be as strong as Azazel now!' Serafall bit her lip.

She wasn't sure she could defeat Azazel. A fight between the both of them could go either way.

"Alright," Serafall nodded, coming to a decision. She held out her hand and with a flare of magic, summoned the queen piece of her evil pieces to her hand and held it out, "I offer you the place of my Queen piece, is that enough to hear everything you know?"

"Huh," this time Yarden blinked in surprise at her offer, before grinning widely, "This is much better than I was expecting. Yeah, I'm all for it." he agreed.

"Okay then," Serafall replied and walked over to him. He remained sitting, eyeing her curiously as she placed the queen piece against his chest and infused it with her magic, "In the name of Serafall Leviathan, I command you, relinquish yourself to me and become my right hand, my queen."

Red light glowed brightly from the piece and cast the room in an ominous crimson glow, "...Well alright then, if you insist hen." Yarden's grin grew as the evil piece phased through his chest and sunk into him.
