Swing of Things. (Patreon)

So I've been writing little drabbles, non sexual due to privacy issues while out of town. Just to get fully into the swing of writing again after the little 'break' I've been on.

There's not much Yugioh and the like I can do on a tablet, besides Ygopro and Duel Links on my phone. So I phoned up my cousin and asked him to grab my collection of cords. Thousands of them, quite a few worth a pretty penny too, a couple worth a few hundred pounds and the like. The case I kept them in turned up empty and it came to light my sister apparently pawned my Yugioh cards - I mean I've not touched them in years but still. And then it came to light that while she was back home, she also made off with a bunch of my games. Pokemon X, Pokemon Omega Ruby, Pokemon Sun, Pokemon Ultra Sun, the newest Assassin's Creed and my Final Fantasy X -X2 HD Remastered and pawned them in a game pawn shop. Seriously...

I may have actually raged out for a bit when I found out and punched a hole in the wall. My other cousins apparently had to hold me back from attacking her -I blacked out a bit I was that furious. I mean seriously, I had two sets of sleeved cards from that Yugioh Gamboy Color game, can't remember the name and I'd got them estimated and sleeved like a year ago to be on the safe side. Both Exodia's were a good £200, while the Dark Magician's were worth £500 a pop. The Blue-Eyes really took the cake though. One wasn't in the best condition but was still worth £700, while the other was near mint and worth a good £1,200. It was a collection worth a good 4 grand or more, and she didn't even get £300 for it. All because she's a damn little pot head.

I have to admit guys, this is like the worst month of my life. And clears up a lot of shit when odd things have gone missing like designer jackets and such, even some of my silk boxers are gone. What the hell is wrong with people, who buys a random guys silk boxers? Used boxers at that. Egyptian silk yeah, but c'mon, used boxers!

Which left me in a conundrum. I wanted those cards to help my yugioh muse, but I've lost them all. I may have jumped the gun a bit and ended up ordering a mega mix tin off of Ebay to begin my collection over again. Still it only cost £10 and for 150 with 10 rares and 10 foils, that's not bad.

I may video it when I get it. Though, I've not got any good camera with me. I may have to settle for recording with my phone. Just to kinda document the regrowth of my collection. I'm kind of motivated for it. A bit besides the still seething rage I feel.

Anyway I digress, again. I'll probably be posting little story snippets here and there while I get my muse flowing again, maybe some lemony ones when I get some privacy, the fam is going out in the next few nights, but I'm just not in any celebrating or partying mood. I don't even feel the urge to get laid, and that's saying something considering the utterly horny bastard I am.

So yeah, that's about it guys. Sorry about that, I just intended to let you guys know about the drabbles, but I ended up ranting about my collection. My family wouldn't understand the sentimental value those cards held, beyond the money of those six they didn't really matter to me, but I did have a nostalgic love of my collection. My various Red-Eyes Black Dragons, the Dinosaur deck I got into building, spending weeks on building it with my best friend, when I was like 10 and Tyranno Hassleberry's structure deck came out. The many many versions of Black Luster Solider I collected when I kept buying that structure deck that it came out in. Going against the trend and liking Void Ogre Dragon beyond the Signer Dragons. Being almost Smitten with Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon when it came out back in 2015.
