Help & Advice needed! (Patreon)

What I need is some advice from you wonderful people. I'm stuck as to what to do with Genderplaybooks going forward. Let me give you some context

The YouTube channel has lost 50% of it's interest (and thefore revenue) over the last 6 months. The majority of the videos do not do well compared 2 six months before.. (this makes me sad. But the level of competition has increased and my stories aren't as 'fetish' based)

On a personal levels...I have felt burnt out and un motivated (although this is not as bad as it was 1 month ago) you may have noticed the absence of pale pink Packet (I feel pressured by it's popularity)

I've really enjoyed writing 'youd do that for me' really took me back to the begining of this journey and my love for gender content. I've also enjoyed making the 'tiktok style videos' (just because it's new)

But...Where do we go from here? At this point I'm not really sure.

Do I write more ebooks? (which leave me time to do nothing else)

Do I concentrate on tiktok Ans those style videos?

Do we continue down the visual novel front with youtube and hope things get better? (Note.. I have a saga planned by I'm not sure (early indications would suggest it's not wanted) if it will go down well)

Do I return to making toned comics like barista championship exchange or maybe a new dub comic series?

Please...if you have any thoughts.. if love to hear them!
I'm not sure what 2023 has to offer for GPbs -- but I want it to be a fantastic year with lost of content we can look at as a community and be proud of.

Like Ron Houston I have some problems with my vision as well if I have to I will read but it takes me awhile to read kind of prefer the audio so that I can listen to it but I still like your content and it doesn't matter I deal with my vision problems so then go at your own pace and look forward to what you have to write and create

I definitely prefer the YouTube format over the tiktok format. I subbed for makeup curse, Cynthia's visit, and pale pink packet, but love most of your other works too and would probably watch whatever you put out :) my only feedback is that it takes a while to get the stories I'm most invested in as videos (why I subbed to the patreon). It may be worth switching up how you release content. Get a whole story flushed out and do as consistent as you can with releasing it versus the random videos from the various stories

Great feedback. I often think people lose interest between parts. It's a difficult one. Because if I want weekly content, different stories need to be worked on by the artist at the same time. If I did just a single story, I'd either have to realise them weeks apart anyway or do them in bulk (which I do not have the cash to do. I need to be earning revenue to pay for the videos. Just a side note..the YouTube videos cost more than they generate) So I'm kinda between a rock and a hard place. I want people to be interested in the stories and ideally I'd focus on one at a time, but if I don't have several stories going at once... Some weeks YouTube won't get any content at all. Does that make sense? (I have to say...I'm looking forward to some of them finishing. So I can focus more)

I have a lot going on myself, so haven't been able to read or watch as much as would love to. I don't know how it costs to produce videos on YouTube. Would it help to increase my monthly installment? As I've stated before I can see the pressure of that you're going through, however I will never know what is like. Please let me know what I can do to help.

I have to admit, without patreon the channel would have died already. But no you don't need to pledge any extra. (Unless you really really want to) Just the fact you want to support me really does bring me happiness. I love writing these stories and I wish I could do it as my full time job.

Please continue the wonderful stories you have written this past year . Go at your own pace. It’s worth waiting for your outstanding work like mittens, make up curse , and all the others. Love your new stories as well. Thank you so much. I really enjoy and feel moved by your stories 🥰

Personally, I really love the written word. Your work is so much better than mere comics. But I am slowly going blind (macular degeneration) and the YouTube videos are just the ticket going forward. Create what is fulfilling and I'll try my best to keep up.

I love all your work. I often listen to your stories as I work. although I prefer the visual novels more I just hope you will continue making some of the best crossdressing, body swap stories I have read in a long time. please keep up the grate work

I prefer audio 1st, as I listen to the stories as I drive, then when I get back home at night I watch/read the stories as a fill-in. So I use both methods for all the stories. Thank you very much for producing these gems!

Oh, and while I realize that Titk Tock Videos may be easier to do, there are those of us which don't even go to that platform and prefer YouTube format. I'm glad that things seem to be going away from Fetish. From my viewpoint, those that wantfetish style are looking at being female as punishment instead of rewards ... I certainly don't see female as second class! I also get a bit of acid in my tummy when I see people being FORCED to change beyond their desires and secretly. That reinforces the 'woman role as less than desirable'.
