Idk about this, I’ve been naturally really thin my whole life and one day during COVID I decided I was gonna try and bulk up and creatine helped a lot I gained around 25 pounds of muscle and I think creatine had to do with a lot of it and ps ( I had to eat around 4500-5000 cals a day to do it) and this took me 1 full of strict working out

It was crazy that we read it in school, but that book was like the only one I read in school I really enjoyed. Such a weird concept but it was genuinely a great story. I was obsessed with it for a while back then.
