Yo hivemind mentioned. Love riley and graydon/dignan. Hivemind is great because there's this sort of A and B plot to the videos. Yes there's this game being played or march madness style bracket that serves as the carrot on the stick that brings in the viewers but then ~65% of each video has nothing to do with the game and its just them doing bits and improv playing characters and telling nonsensical stories.

For that PlayStation podcast question, probably wouldn’t hurt to do something talking about “hidden gems” that are apart of the PS Plus game lineup as a way to shine light on a cool set of games while advertising that service. Also in the same vain as the red ring of death they could do an ep talking about the psn hacks during the ps3

huge part of why i love This podcast is the audio. don't know if audio quality is more about the work or the money you throw at it, but i cannot remember the last time i heard inconsistent audio levels, unexpected jarring noises (outside of farts) or a microphone peaking. always on point and it really goes along with the air of excellence + quality that you already have with the branding and set design.

it's really interesting to get the other side of the perspective on this (the degen gamer perspective) which made me realize my standards may be quite a bit high when it comes to partners. While I think that structure is the correct answer here, I also wanna caution on being the sole person that provides structure. You don't want to end up the person doing all of the planning and giving structure. He also has to be thinking of ways to enforce this structure. I think Aiden's vacation example really highlights this well. I've been in the situation where I provide structure but then when i was low energy everything was falling apart around me again. Just something to keep in mind.
