My way I learned how to lucid dream was to make a habit of pushing my thumb into the palm of my opposite maybe once every couple hours while awake, that way it became a habit and my dream self would do it. When I was dreaming, my thumb would go through my other hand and that would tell me I was dreaming and it would become lucid. But then all my lucid dreams started consistently turning into horrible night terrors so I quit lol

Luds just wrong about fat guy calves lmao. Fat guys have really strong lower bodies if they are still a somewhat active as you would expect. The reason the calves stand out more than like the thighs is because the thighs still have a good amount of fat. For most people to start storing fat in their calves they have to be incredibly fat so if they arent they just have toned calves.

The physical test sounds like great content, in my opinion. The smosh crew just did a fitness test as well. If you don’t want to outright copy their content, it could be a good starting point. Their test included: sit-ups, push ups, pull ups, and a mile 1/2 run. Keep up the great content.

got home from my first trip to LA this weekend, got sick as shit and was puking the whole ride home, got home and immediately crashed, and then had one of the weirdest dreams of my life. i was passing an atm nick yingling was at and i said something like "that's a lot of money!" and he said "it's yours next!" and kind of winked. i thought it was weird and i walked away. later i came back to that atm and there was $17,460 just sitting there with a note on it that said something about taking ludwigs money and giving it to the people that need it because it's not only fun, it's funny. i woke up IN MY DREAM, acknowledged the last part was a dream, then looked at my bedside table in my dream and i had a huge stack of money. i was pissed when i woke up from that fever and no money man. shit was wack
