Idk if anyone else can relate but the lighting for the new set is so fire. I watch the yard to fall asleep a lot and the old camera angle with Aiden and Ludwig was so bright cuz of the white light behind them and it would be pretty annoying to fall asleep to but the new set has the same amount of light with all the angles it’s great. Also the new set looks crazy in general gg 👏👏👏

If its 24hrs before you need half a gallon of pure cranberry juice and electrolytes but i wouldnt rely just on cranberry juice for 24hrs beforehand. I would add one of those detox methods they were talking about. If its within the week drink like 24ounces or more a day with electrolytes and check with an at home test. those tests arent the most reliable so keep testing even if it says negative. again pure cranberry juice and not cranberry cocktail.

I have the twitch happen occasionally as well, I read one thing on the internet that said it could be caused by a lack of potassium. I started eating more bananas, and now I take potassium pills. I haven't had twitch come back in a couple years, but I don't know if that's what fixed it.

Hey, I know they were saying Kush as a joke to help with the twitch. But that has been proven in clinical trails to help with compulsory physical tics. In studies of nerve spasms and Parkinson's, and personally I have a lot of nerve pain and muscle spasms due to a compound fracture in my lower spine and even very low amount of Marijuana really helps with my muscle spasms/nerve pain. Maybe just something to think about.

Nick, that's something you can go see with a Neuropsychologist, the way you both may figure out what's happening. I don't know how professionals in your country are, everywhere you will find some that do not give proper care to people or that may emphasize diagnosis over people experience/symptomps/life, or ignore patient opinion. I encourage you to keep looking and wish you a more enjoyable life.
