Damn, the friend one hit me hard. One of my best friends and mentors passed 3 weeks ago and I still find myself going to text them and stuff before I remember. Thanks for talking about it boys, it’s really helpful to know that things getting better.

Regarding the first question. i was i a nearly identical position at 18. I pushed through school but i was miserable. 9 years later i'm a plumber and loving it while making great money. The important distinction i would make is who is paying for your school. if it's primarily you, gtfo. if not, then you need to take that into account in your decision. My parents payed 90% of my schooling, and that is the only reason i didn't drop out. But seriously if you are 18/19 and hating school, plumbers and electricians are making so much money now, and you get paid to learn. what's not to love. PS. don't fucking go to trade school for these.
