Wow, you in the motions game now eh? I'll have to check them out. As far as being jerky, you could pop them into Blender and try to smooth out the animation via the graphics editor. The manual method can be time-consuming but there is an auto smoothing option too.

Yea it can be intimidating. Took me three tries to finally get into it, but well worth it. Especially for stitching neck seams (hint hint lol) The new 2.8 version though is way more beginner friendly...and intermediate user friendly too for that matter.
