CW: The content of this scenario includes discussions of police violence.

INTRO: Anthony Pitzerelli knew the footage was coming before it arrived in his dead drop. The impossible suicide. The man who beheaded himself on the street. He'd heard the details the night before. A frantic monologue to a 3am voicemail inbox he'd tapped. The one owned by those MASTICATE freaks to whom his fate had been lashed. He listened to it a dozen times before deleting the original.

Calls made. Favors trades. A fresh team arrives. Outsiders sent to chase the drug angle they'd basically made up. Find how it was done. Ensure any unnatural in the explanation disappears.

The Agents find evils that live far closer than distant stars.

CAST: Dead Channels is joined by the cast of The Orpheus Protocol. Check out a playtest draft HERE.

Rob -- Agent Nat Saint-Rathbone (they/them), FBI
Dan -- Agent Dashell Tartini (he/him), FBI
Lilit -- Dr. Logan Albrecht (he/him), FDA
Nick -- Ash Llewelyn (they/them), DOJ

CAST PLUGS:
The Orpheus Protocol
A Knight of Shreds and Patches
Call of the Void LARP
Tabletop Squadron
Dice Buffet

BACKEND: An earlier draft of this scenario was playtest as "Slugs of Law." The current playtest is titled "God's Law" and intended for an eventual collection called God's Hunt. The four-scenarios take place during the Program's shadow war across Trump's America, serving as either one-shots or "monster-of-the-year" additions to a God's Teeth campaign.

A playtest draft of this scenario was already published last month on Dennis Detwiller's Patreon. An updated draft is provided free for my Patrons HERE. Feedback can be mailed to acell@me.com, which is where feedback from the official DG patreon is collected as well.

Ever see the Gravel Institute's vid on LAPD gangs?

dgdc

Yep. Enjoyed it quite a bit. The Knock LA article series on LASD deputy gang history was the biggest inspiration on this piece.
