Progress Note - 4/17/2023 (Patreon)

Hey everyone, and Happy Mon-yay!

In case you've been wondering where I've been, I've started an extremely brutal stretch of work in the hospital so I haven't been able to really...do anything outside of work lol. The dishes are piling up, take-out is being ordered, we're in full 12-hour workday 70+ hour workweek mode. 

I'll do my best to still post short snippets weekly since writing them brings me genuine joy, but I just wanted to thank you all for your patience and for sticking with me. Every dollar really does help pay for genuine quality of life measures 💕
