I'm sorry I didn't put this up yesterday---I just forgot 😔

I totally agree with you about how the games were kind of sexist. I did enjoy that Fleur ends up marrying Bill Weasley and becomes an ally. They touch on it a little in the films but in the books she's very protective and mother like when they stay with them in hiding. She develops into something more than just a delicate flower. And for some reason in the films they completely cut out the fact that she's part Veela which I never understood.

Cool; I’m interested in seeing the differences between the movie & books!

There are a lot things missing from the film, would be impossible to include everything. There are some differences though. In the film Neville gives Harry the gillyweed for the second task. In the book it's Dobby who gives it to Harry. Dobby is working at Hogwarts after Harry freed him. It's still thanks to Moody (Barty Crouch Jr) He summons Dobby to the staff room and stages a conversation with McGonagall asking if Harry would think of using gillyweek. Dobby then goes to help Harry. The change though is not completely random. Neville was the person Moody expected to give the gillyweek to Harry as he'd given Neville a book on herbology following the lesson on unforgivable courses. The book contained details on gillyweed and Moody expected Harry to ask for help from from his house mates, including Neville. In the book he never does, in the film he did.

Ah yes, this one is called 'Harry Potter and the year the scissors broke'. Loving your reactions, not only do we get you and your reaction but also your absolutely adorable puppy❤

Yes! It's why I love the books so much more! The movies also completely left out the girl house elf..the drunk one lol.

Kathleen815

The house in the beginning is Tom Riddle's family house...hasn't been lived in for years..but the groundskeeper was kept on to watch the house. The movies don't tell you that lol. Also, the tall crooked house that Harry was at in the beginning is the Weasley house. And Hogwarts isn't in another realm, it is in the real world, but protected from Muggles' eyes by enchantments. Also..during the dragon egg scene..Harry said "Accio Firebolt" . Accio is the summoning spell..and his broom is a Firebolt. So he was summoning his broom to him. That is what you saw in the sky. 💗

I realized during editing that they were at the Weasley house but had NO idea about Riddle's house. What would I do without ya'll? 💚

Haha well I've read all 7 books 5 times. What Hermione meant by "everything is going to change now"...I take it as having two meanings. One.. because Voldemort is back, and two...because they are growing up. 💗 BTW..Do you have a P.O. box? 🙂

If you don't like reading long books...try getting them on Audible. That's how I read the GoT books...when I'm driving..or in bed at night with earbuds 💖

Loved the reaction. We all miss Dobby, who for some reason was cut from practically every film. And he actually provided a little light relief between all the darker scenes of these later books.

Yeah; I know I would have been really 😭 when he died if I had seen him more often. He was a sweet soul 😞
