Pledger's Update (Patreon)

Hello! Hope you're doing well this month. A quick update on the current agenda of the progress on the project.

I've be focusing on writing and planning out the second and third chapter of the game. The progress have been going very well. I've also set up more of my social media and links, so that I can hopefully promote the project and my work at the same time!

I am still focused on completing this project as a priority, but I will be expanding out on smaller things, trying to get new eyes on the project. So I will be posting more fan art stuff along with potential doujinshi (hentai comics) and even mini Visual Novel adult games featuring a single character, as more of side fun projects to work on tandem. I will only be doing some fan art stuff currently, which will be during my free time on the weekends while I finish the tasks at hand.

People will also be able to vote for new character and scenarios in the future for the fan art stuff, but for now, I will try to post 1-2 fan art a month. Hopefully this is something you guys like as well, and I'm willing to be open to new things!

So for the progress of the game, I'm just getting through Chapter 2's plan and drafting phase. Chapter 1 just needs some minor clean up and the dialog, which will be done at a later phase. It will be around Early Feb is where I think will be enough time to finish up the story up to Chapter 3, and where I'll be doing all the CG Art for Chapter 1 only afterwards. That should take about a month or two to finish, which there are about 4 Animated Cgs along with around 20~ flat CGs which are relatively much simpler and quicker to do.

After that point, the programming, final assets and dialog will be the last steps on getting the demo out there! Should hopefully get it out before the Summer, which is ideally where I'm thinking it will be ready. And this is the full Chapter 0 to Chapter 1, not just the introduction. The original goal was just the introduction, but the game wouldn't have any big scenes, and would feel a bit more disappointing. I already have all of the art done for the intro that has already been completed months ago.

Also my partner Q is also working on his own small game in tandem, with their free time, there will be updates on it but it should be released probably around the same time as my demo, if not earlier! So look forward to seeing that in the future. I will update you guys on any new developments, so I will see you next time!
