AnimeNYC 2019 (IRL pics below) (Patreon)

Hello, everyone! 

As many of you might have been aware already, I was able to table at AnimeNYC this past weekend!🤗💕 

It was my 2nd year there and it was a successful show for me!🙏💕 

The space was a little different this time- last year, the AA was in this nice atrium area that was completely covered in glass, so you could see the sky and there was all this natural light pouring in? That's such an unusual treat in an AA! This year, the AA was connected to the main Dealer's Hall, which I think was less hassle for con-goers to attend, but was a cavernous concrete bunker, haha! It's okay- I think it worked out in the end!🤗💕

This was the first con where I had the standees available! They were a big hit.. My dear assistant (who is also my partner) bagged so many of them the night before the con- thank you so much!😭🙏💕

(That last pic is from a customer! I love seeing shots of merch in reader's homes- is that weird?😂💕💕 I think it's really touching- and still so surreal to see it!)

I saw a lot of cosplay and fanart for Promare, which I haven't seen yet!😭💕 But I definitely should check it out!

There was a good amount of Chrollo action at this con, which delighted me!😍💕 (BTW, my HunterxHunter/Chrollo zine is sold out for me at cons, so I won't have it available at my table- but you can still purchase it from the online shop. I won't be restocking it after it's completely sold out, so if you are interested, grab one while you can!) 

I also saw a Halloween ita bag?!😍💕

And I got a kawaii xenomorph keychain. 🙏💕

My dear friend Andy gave me this lovely sweater on Sunday and it was like wearing a soft hug all day, so it really hit the spot after a long weekend!

It was so nice to have a little time to chat with friends and to see repeat fans! 

To everyone that stopped by- you made my weekend! It was so lovely to see you!😭🙏💕💕 And to those that couldn't make it- I'm so glad we can connect here on Patreon, and I hope that some day we can cross paths!

It's my hope for AnimeNYC and Flamecon to be two conventions that I will regularly apply for, since they are local and easier for me to attend. Convention weekends are usually a little bit of a disturbance in my schedule, but I try hard to keep it to a minimum so everyone is pleased!😌🙏💕 

This was my last convention of the year, so I'm all yours now, my Patreon friends!😘
