Death (Puss in Boots) dressed as Dracule Mihawk from One Piece & Loona (Helluva Boss) dressed as Ember McLain from Danny Phantom.

As noted before I accidentally did not include this suggestion on last month's poll due to a mistake on my own end through no fault of the patron, so to make things right I drew it anyway and gave it top priority to ensure I wouldn't forget about it. This one is in addition to the artist's choice which I haven't officially picked yet, so for October's poll you guys get an extra sketch on the house.
