Welcome to the Wastelands is done (with bonus) (Patreon)

October is here and I thank all of you for staying with me another month. We are starting it by finishing the whole Borderlands project. The main version was completed last week, which means we will focus on the video without black outlines - the Wastelands version.

It is complete, roughly 8 minutes in length. Most scenes mirror those in Borderlands video, but some are a bit different. I really like many "action" scenes there and how they look - some of my best work to date, I think. Self-praise stinks, I know...

But how do these two different versions look when compared one against another? To answer that question, I have created a picture set, with images from both videos, and packed it together with Wastelands video. 

Images are labelled 01, 02, 03 and so on, but where possible, there is a (b) or (w) letter added. So, if you just go through these in order, you'll see image 03b - in Borderlands style, followed by 03w - same/similar image from Wastelands (no outlines) video. 

Then 04b, then 04w, then 05b, you get it. This way, you can directly compare those two versions, see what you like the most.

Last thing added this week is a minute long video from the time I was making '2B defends the village'. Its name is Test - sloppy slappy sounds. Indeed - I was testing some new slap-like sound for use during "action". Then I forgot to add it to 2B folder, and so it comes now, packed together with Wastelands video and the new picset in one big .zip file.

Nothing else has changed yet, but there will be updates next week, because I am starting new project - Call of Cthulhu episode 8.
