Since the Tentacles are starting to take on some more human characteristis, like hands and mouths, etc, what would you think if the tentacle in the right hand were an eye. I would also think about making the hand tentacle on the left arm a little more agressive, right now it seems to be very gently holding her arm, vs the binding that i think your going for.
