Hey guys! Siren here with a pretty long overdue update!

As most of you know, with the release of 0.4, we had to take our traditional method of animation out for a few reasons.  In short: the amount of work/stress it added for Cullen was simply not worth it.

Losing out on animations was something that immediately didn't sit well with myself and, looking at feedback, many of you guys as well.  Fortunately, animations are returning with 0.5!*

One scene from 0.4 has already been animated and it looks much more smooth than the previous style.  I think you guys should like it! (Especially compared to static images)

=== Details ===

I've been in contact with a few animators who are interested in helping with ToP!  With that said: there is a little catch*.

*Not every scene will be animated initially! With that said, I want EVERY scene to have animation over time.  The budget currently isn't large enough to afford animating all scenes as they are created.

We are pretty close to our current goal of $1000 which completely covers the art expenses (Thank you!!). Beyond that, I've set a new goal for $2000 which reliably covers animations + other misc art expenses.

$2000 is NOT a requirement for animations to return.  It is just the goal to take some financial strain off my back and help ensure that the cost of these animations will be reliably covered down the road.

I expect 2 of the Halloween scenes to be animated (they were tests when searching for animators) and one new scene in 0.5 to be animated for 0.5's release!

Thanks guys! I'll see you soon with the next update!
