Discord server update (Patreon)

A few days ago we implemented some role changes in the discord server, adding roles to gain access to specific channels.

This change is specifically handy for those of you, my patrons, who want to join the Patreon discord channel, but aren’t too fond of the idea of joining a 400+ member server. You can now join, get the patreon role and not see any of the other channels aside from the patreon one. No annoying @mentions or a bazillion channels to keep track of :)
