All the new things in the 1.0 demo (Patreon)

The main new thing in terms of gameplay is the last riding lesson with Monika, where she teaches you about the basics of dressage and talks about your future. You ride the lesson with Rose.

A simple quest system was added - the demo now guides you to where you need to go to take lessons, how to go free riding, and how to build a jumping course.

The competitions and lessons are awarded with common, bronze, silver or gold rosettes based on how well you performed. When competing with Realistic Jumping turned on, you get 3,5% reduction off of your time.

Every old lesson was revised and improved. Extra instructions were added and spelling mistakes fixed. The exercise path can now be seen on the ground, the gaited checkpoints are marked with colored slates and a couple of exercises were made clearer. Monika can only make you do the exercises 3 times at maximum. The other changes I talked about on my previous post about the lessons were scrapped due to mixed feedback from you.

Many bugs experienced in the last demo 0.9 were fixed, such as; grass was removed because it was showing through the horses tail; competition menu getting stuck to the screen fixed; Edit Arena board not working correctly on wider monitor; delay from raising the poles removed; fence 14 of Youth Prix always falling fixed.

Other small things
- You can now use photo mode during a competition.
- In the build your own course mode, you can add a number to each fence. The old custom courses were reset because of this.
- Small environment changes, like more clutter in the stable.
- Jump height can be adjusted with the mouse wheel if you have one.
- Wooden boxes under the fences change color.
- Slow motion mode lasts for longer.
- New icons added
- Adjusted texture and landscape size to improve performance on lower end computers.

After this update, the demo game is finished - no new content will be added to it in the future.

It is time for me to switch onto working on the main game! I will of course keep updating you about whatever I'm doing. However if significant bugs are found in the 1.0 build, an update to fix the bugs might be released.
