The form will be valid for a week, until June 11 11:59 PM PDT. One random winner will be chosen out of all the entries. The book will be shipped to the address given in the form so make sure all information are correct!

All costs, including shipping, will be covered so it's your chance to get free book from me. If there are no entries after a week, I'll be opening this raffle in public but I wanted to give my patrons priority if there's an interest.
