Why is it right or wrong to shoot drunk models? (Patreon)

Good afternoon friends, today I would like to talk and discuss with you an interesting topic. So many beginner photographers, and not only beginner photographers, prefer to get a model a little drunk or not a little drunk to loosen her up

I have also suggested to models to have a drink before or during the shoot. Does that make sense? No, unless of course you have the goal of photographing a drunk model. So why is it wrong in my opinion you may ask, because alcohol liberates people, gives them confidence and courage! Yes it does, it works exactly as you say. In part! In fact, in case anyone didn't know, a drunken state is not a high or relaxation, it is a poisoning of the organism. Alcohol causes different side effects for everyone, some people want to sleep, some people get rowdy, and some people get excited and so on! Ever wonder why people want sex when they're drunk? 

When a person is drunk, the survival instinct kicks in, the organism believes that it is threatened by danger and in due time it strives to leave offspring in order for the species to survive. It's a simple survival instinct. That's what alcohol does, it partially disturbs the coordination of movements, and this also applies to facial expressions, namely, a drunk person does not control facial expressions to the extent that they should. Therefore, you will never be able to photograph exactly the facial expression or the facial expression that you intended or want to see. The same goes for poses. I'm not saying that shooting with alcohol will result in absolutely no one! No! I think there will be those photographers and models who have taken their best shots under a degree! Yes there are exceptions, but personally my opinion, you have to get a certain result from models without alcohol. 

While writing this post, I counted 5 shoots when I had a model drunk.

1) The model was so drunk after half an hour that she was sitting there talking about something.

2) A model was so drunk on wine in France that she looked for a toilet in the middle of the Champ de Mars in Paris. She couldn't find one and went to vomit on the seafront.

3) With one model we shot for 30 minutes and had wild sex in the studio afterwards.

4) With a model we filmed beautifully and drank champagne. 

5) The model herself took out cognac, offered it to me. And drank a gram of 150 for courage :)

My conclusion is as follows - Shooting drunk models is not the best option.
