*Updated Patreon Tiers (Patreon)

 Nothing major, just some clarifications and an upgrade to the 10$ tier.

I plan to add a few extra commission tiers at some point. These will be limited to probably about 2 a month and range from 50$-75$ depending on several factors. None of which I'm sure of atm...

Anyways once I figure out how i wanna do commissions, I'll open them.
