*Updating Raffle Dates (Patreon)

I plan to update the raffle dates real soon. The new dates won't take effect until next month (August).

 The new dates will be:

Raffle held on the 25th of each month

Requests due by the 1st of next month

Animation will be completed by the second week of that month.

I think these dates make more sense than the current ones and it gives me a few extra days to make a better animation for the winner.
