2022 (Patreon)

Greetings Hornblase! I hope everyone is well. It's another year and I would like to take a moment to talk about what has happened so far and the plans for 2022.

1. Aolta

While Aolta didn't sell enough copies to cover my expenses during its production time I would still call it a success. It turned out in good form and while there are some fixes for another version it was shelf worthy overall (I 'm still hoping to produce physical copies in the future :3). It was a lot of fun to create and it also helped me improve in several ways. For reactions, there are a few people who brought up some names of masters that I revere (like Moebius) and that really gave me a great feeling of honor.

2.  Lewd Strips

The Lewd Strips improves my abilities each issue. Aside from this it is also an entertaining anthology of short comics. I am aiming this year to finish 12 issues, that will contain about 72 short stories and 72 animation loops! The stories will have varying themes that occasionally touch on fantasy, sci fi, suburban life, romantic comedy and more. There will also be lewd versions of popular folklore and even classic stories.

I've also been working with others on the series. There's Lydia, a new contributor who has written some of the sexiest tales in the collection, she named the Ashleys, which will make a reappearance somewhere along the way. With their own back stories each. Neko Zowai Senpai is doing all of the voice work and they have been impressive so far - though I need to attach her speaking lines for LS03 (The Christmas Special) in the the next update which also includes a few other fixes. Victoria's colors are really handy, they are spot on and neat and they allow me to concentrate on line art and animation!

I'm also looking to build funding this year for one of the pending game projects. So the creation of the Lewd Strips issues will not only improve my abilities but also generate revenues from our MSG partnership. For abilities, I used to cap on three sex animation loops in a month, now it's six. I'm sure this speed will be very useful in the next animation endeavor. I'm also gaining new knowledge and techniques as well as continuously refining my styles.

3. Personal Development

I have been a very bad alcoholic. Missing deadlines, being inconsistent with the plans and cancelling productions due to recklessness! And so, I have stopped drinking. I've been sober for the last 215 days so far and I've never felt more productive. I've gained new energy and more time for creation and training. It really feels rewarding to be free of this vice. This is also one of the reasons why I have been consistent with the LS production since LS02. Some of our projects that are floating include SWOMG and the Gearhead. Both very important creations but I feel like I've lost the spirit for them. I plan on redesigning gearhead from a brawl into an RPG and focus on that next year. As for SWOMG, I'm still trying to decide what to do with it. I realized that there's not much to be done with its gameplay as while I have put so much thought into its game world and lore, there is not much excitement in playing a repetitive shooter (Making a mental note of removing it from the itch store, some people are buying it and its not even being worked on at the moment). Reckless on my part once again. If I can stick to a single thing for an entire year (currently the Lewd Strips) then surely I can focus on working on Gearhead next year. For the mean time, I will focus on giving my all to the production of the Lewd Strips!

There's my drawing table. The bible is in the middle. To the left is a copy of a magazine that features Sandra Shine, she has one of the best vaginas that I've ever seen. There's some Campbell and some Disney on there, there's also some action figures for quick proportion reference.

I've printed most of the illustrations from the last couple of years, they have really accumulated and they might make a good art book. :3

I especially love the Aolta ending screens!
