Okay. Big news. I recently started purposely gaining weight.

I know I was gaining before, but I was just following my appetite and happened to gain. After that, I sat at around 198 for a few months. I’m mutually gaining with a friend - he gains 30 and I gain 15. That was last week.

So far I’ve noticed it’s easier to become full, but it’s also harder to remember to eat a lot than I thought. Also my stomach was hurting last night :( it was sore because I’ve been working it more 😂I was 203 this morning
