Hi, I’m writing here because I don’t know where else to reach you. My membership is the VIP psynner but I’m not able to watch the latest 2 reactions of it’s okay not to be okay. It said it is locked and that to unlock it I have to pay. I don’t know what I’ve missed. If it is a mistake by my side or if I have to do something else to unlock it?

Hmm, I'm not sure what is going on. I went in to check and VIP is selected as part of the group it's released to. I did just go in and unselect, save, and then reselect. See if it's working now. According to what I'm seeing, everything should be good.
