I actually relate to SW the most in the house and the insane amount of hate this man has gotten for “getting in between” a ship or being indecisive/ insecure is ridiculous. People have doubted his intentions for being on the show and even went as far as questioning his sexuality and this is just so disgusting to me. These men are doing what they’re in the house for, getting to know each other and maybe find someone to date. They’re only there for 7 nights and 8 days and for some of them it might be difficult to commit to basically a stranger they’ve just met and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. And for some BL fans to come for that man’s throat because they want their ship to “win” is mind boggling. They don’t know any of these men but are acting as if they’ve known them for the past 10 years. This is a part of the community that I hate. Shipping and villianizing real gay men for their pleasure as if they were some characters in a BL. The most difficult part for me is, that bc I relate to SW so much in his insecurities and behaviour. All of the vile things people have said about him actually got to me and it felt like I was attacked too.

Thank god I never saw those vile comments. All I saw was Seonwoo was their favourite red flag 😂 (most of it it’s on TikTok) I guess I might have a more lighthearted TikTok foryou page. Cuz I’ve not seen anyone on my feed really like HATE HATE seonwoo it was just all in good fun. I don’t hate seonwoo I would literally support him so much if he still went for junsung and presued him. The one I truly despise and hate and think actually does deserve all the hate that’s been given to him right now is hyeongjin.. that little small insecure being of a man.. he’s the true red flag and insecure one.

I just personally don’t think it’s right to hate on people we don’t know even in “good fun”. I don’t see any fun in calling someone I don’t know or have any type of business with a red flag or anything like that. We’re only seeing 1-2 hours of heavily edited footage of them living together 24/7 and apparently everyone and their mama is currently a psych major and can diagnose everyone through a screen, without knowing any of them and trough all of the editing. People were on his back since the very first episode about him being fickle and how he can’t decide and that was only during the first 2 days. How people expect him to fall in love with a stranger just like that is beyond me, some people need to warm up to things like these and it’s only fair that he wanted to look around. How come no one was on the others back when they couldn’t decide. The energy wasn’t even fairly distributed and that’s what bothers me the most. If you’re going to hate one of them for doing something you at least should have the same energy for the others that do the exact same thing.

I thought of him as a red flag because he was leading people on, which I don’t think is the nicest thing to do. Like Shawn also said I feel like he’s dangerous. I really did think of him as a red flag the first couple of episodes. The way he would go around and talk with people about the love triangle as if he was parading it and the way he would show the mission card to Junseong even though he already had asked seongho out on a date so junseong would just feel bad by looking at the mission card etc. the small manipulative things he did just didn’t sit right with me. But again ofcourse it can be edited to look that way who knows, it is a show. Happy you didn’t see him like that but I did. I saw him as a red flag but I wouldn’t give him hate. I mean it’s a show people are gonna talk about it and have different and variety of opinions. but sending hate? Nah that’s low. I didn’t see any hate given to him on my feeds so I didn’t know he was getting hate. I did see a lot of people given hate to hyeonjin tho.

Yeah like I said I relate to him a lot bc I’ve been told that I lead people on even though it’s never been my intention. I think like him that’s it’s basic manners to be kind to the people you meet in your life whether you like them or not. Like I’ve had falling outs bc of things like that and it’s weird bc at the end of the day he didn’t do much but be kind to everyone

The leading people on thing is one of the things why I think he’s a red flag but not the major reasons. There are so many more little small things he does like parading that he’s in a love triangle when love triangles are not something he should be parading about like real feelings are involved here. And many other things he did that made me question him. The episode where seongho got angry with him I absolutely get like those type of behaviours I questioned a lot. But again it’s a show so people will talk about it and discuss different opinions like we’re doing now.

It might just be me but to me it didn’t seem like he was parading about his love triangle but seeking advice as he didn’t know what to do with it and was insecure which is once again normal bc at that point they’ve known each other for what 3 or 4 days? The editing also didn’t help with anything but at that point he had already been coined as the villain of the season. I’m actually glad to discuss this with you as you seem like one of the few sane people I’ve been able to talk about this show lol. It does feel like a lot of people are projecting their past experiences on to him which isn’t fair at all at least imo

Yeah like what you’re telling me about how people are hating on seonwoo is insane like cmon people is a show… I get it like people talk and have opinions but sending hate… that’s too much. But my view of Seonwoo changed when he was Cupid for you know who and who and I thought that was so sweet. I then just thought the man is just misunderstood … I don’t know if you seen the episode with Hyeongjin and jeonwook but that made me soooo angry! He was the true red flag! Cuz I 100% think what he said was absolutely unnecessary! Anyway don’t want to spoil much but I hope you’ve watched the latest episodes and is as happy as I am! I was so anxious the whole week cuz of the preview and didn’t know how these new episodes were gonna turn out! But thank god they’re good 🙏🏼

Yeah to be honest I get where hyeongjin was coming from but it was very unnecessary and he also was dumb enough to double down after jeonwook already said he didn’t see him that way 💀 but hyeongjin also doesn’t know how to talk and that’s something that we’ve seen already so I wasn’t too surprised lol. I’ve seen clips of the latest episodes and I am happy for them but I’ll wait for my favourite reactors to post about it as I get very anxious and stressed about this show and everything going on around it. Like I wasn’t this invested in S1 but with S2 and the fact that I can relate to the guys that are here now it’s just kinda hitting different lol

You’re so right!! Hyeonjin really doesn’t know how to talk.. I also remember when he talked with seonwoo and I got so confused with that conversation as well. Same I was also not invested in S1 but S2 I’m super invested!

Same like I understand what he’s trying to say but the way he says thinks make no sense or are just very hurtful but I don’t think he has bad intentions, he really just can’t talk I actually still like him more than Hyeokjun from S1 lol. This season they just chose contestants that are more open everyone talks it’s not just the “laughing sisters” there haven’t been that many awkward moments like in S1 and the people here actually seem like real people whereas that wasn’t something that I got last time but I also understand it since they were the first in Korea to be on a show like that so of course they would be more careful. One more thing, have you seen the miniseries that hokeep and changyu from S1 made? He won’t be posting the next part bc twitter came for him too. Funny how it’s okay for straight women to create shows about gay man but a gay man is not allowed to do it 💀

I couldn’t finish watching season 1 to be honest cuz there were just many situations that made be cringe so much so I gave up. NO CUZ I WAS SO MAD WHEN HE HAD TO WRITE AN APOLOGY!!! Like what is the matter with people???? I felt soooo bad for Hokeep 😞😞😞😞😞 Like yeah it’s okay when it’s straight actors acting BL but when it is actual queer people it is suddenly not okay!
