Personally, I would've liked to see songs with a softer or brighter concept for the girl group teams, would've been interesting to see them perform outside of their apparent comofort zone like they did with some other pairings (e.g. Bad Boys)

Agreed! All they really did was take the girl groups who made the song content, couldn't even leave it alone (e.g. changing lyrics) and then just did their usual thing. Whereas, like you said, some groups had to completely shift their 'personas' to appease the judges.

I dont have much to see on the first two Rival match here, I understood the judges choices. For the girlsgroup battles : I won't lie, it was disappointing a bit. Between the two, I wish TEAM 2:00 would have won this. Personnally, I knew both songs and both are two songs I really love. TEAM 8:00 performance is a performance I would not want to rewatch at all, I think it's one of the performance I don't like on PEAK TIME (might be harsh but yeah). The only good part to me is the beginning where D1/Lune are singing and the "T.R.Y. Do it now! Can you follow me? Yes!! Uh-ha!!" which felt one of the only thing almost close to the original version otherwise, it's my opinion but the arrangement was terrible, I hated it so much 😭. It felt like they took a girlsgroup song and totally switched it as a boysgroup song. I wish TEAM 8:00 would step outside their comfort zone, I know them outside PEAK TIME, I really like them but I know on twitter, gg stan have a hard time with them because they tend to change girlsgroup dance when they cover it which you know I can understand why people might not be fond of that. However what upset me is the fact that I also know they are actually capable of doing a good job with the originals choreographies, I saw them dancing to STAY TONIGHT by Chungha and WANNABE by ITZY on STATVA channel really well. Especially in the STAY TONIGHT cover, Echan/Yuku and Lune catch my eyes, they shine so it's a shame Meanwhile TEAM 2:00, when it's come to the arrangement and dance, I felt like they kept a bit of the original song and just remixed it a bit or at least the feeling of the original is still here so I liked it a little bit better. It's give a good balance, it felt like a mix between girlgroup/boysgroup even the dance moves (I don't know if I express myself correctly). When it's come to changing the lyrics, I was afraid they would go with "Bring the girls out", I'm glad they didn't go this way but choose another one which is more new, it's also about their team so you know I can accept that, I kind of don't mind too much, still wish they wouldn't have changed it, that would have been nice. The "No reputation can't you feel ma team" and the "bro" part were also one I wasn't fond of but you know between a performance where I don't like the whole thing and the other where only a few things bother me it was easy to pick for me. During this section, this is where I wished they wouldn't have eliminated TEAM 3:00 aka IN2IT (now SKYE) during the audition (who did ENHYPEN -FEVER) because they are one of the group I trust doing a girlgroup song properly since at least most of the members aren't afraid of moving their hips or going full diva. 😭 [Still think they would have passed if only they did a girlsgroup song on the audition because they are good at this, literally before the show their dance cover of BLACK MAMBA was so good : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VsRXg_X6a3g] Inpyo and Inho the besties/divas would have delivered the sassiness we needed even Isaac ROUND 2 : A lot of good stages in this Round 2, can't wait for you to see UNIT DANCE C. The only sad part for this Round, I dont think we will see too much of the behind, them getting close because PEAK TIME actually upload a lot of behind also on Youtube, you have several playlist like "HIDDEN TIME", "PLAY TIME" "BEHIND TIME" The Hyungjae vs Heedo conflict who end one episode later 😂 The one you asked about who judged during the interim is RYU.D, choreographer and leader of AUSPICIOUS CREW. He worked/choreographed for idols like NCT, Pentagon, Stray Kids (worked on LEVANTER if i'm not wrong) etc. There are a few things I didn't agree with during the assessment for the Dance Team. I totally agree with the fact that maybe they shouldnt have let only the leader learn and after teach alone. However, I don't like when people link being a good dancer with the learning curve. Some of the best dancers can be slow learner when it's come to learning a choreography. I feel like it also can depend on your dance background because you have some who choreograph but some who start with freestyle which are differents things also Sorim and Inho start redoing those things after years so honestly they shouldn't have expected them to get everything done in one day, it's harder with people you didn't continue in the field. It's always interesting to see how people deal with stressful situation, personnaly I know I'm generally a calm person and someone who dont speak out much but put me in a teamwork + a stressful situation, I feel like I can be terrible with that. Firstly, because I'm usually bad at teamwork (I wouldn't last a day in this collaboration mission), I always have the way I want to do thing in mind so I have a really hard time to deal with people suggesting a lot of different things, I also find it hard to put everything together, it's even worse if we have little time since I would want to do things quickly however I also know I'm someone who don't want to upset people 😂

Hi! I'm not sure if I may have missed a post about it somewhere (and I apologize if I did) but will you be finishing Peak Time? I thought since this and Boys Planet are so long you may be finishing that first but I wasn't sure. Thanks again for all of your reactions, I truly enjoy watching them.
