The thing with BOYS PLANET and PEAK TIME, in one hand you have trainees and the others debuted idols so the difference of the level is different yes and not to add but I know that for example one contestant from BP lied about his training period and basically had zero experience or sometime the agency just let actors go for them to gain popularity 😂 When you mentionned about how PEAK TIME get straight to the point, it's a reason of why I love the show and it was easier for me to watch than BOYS PLANET because with BP, it's so MNET style, they love to drag it, focus on all the dramas (I think we see too little of how the trainees really creates etc) and they give some scene out of context, they don't tell you that this trainee or this one weren't feeling good or was at the hospital before, you don't get much behind on those part. So I personnally get drained easily with how MNET do things, I get tired at some point and it's hard to focus especially with the super long episode. The only thing with PEAK TIME, I wish they would put more behind content in the episode but they did it on Youtube so it's fine also how they edit some segment could be better at some point butstill, it's not that bad since it's JTBC first time doing a survival show. At one point you might see some "conflict" but JTBC is cool because they show you that its get resolved at, I also love the fact they clearly tell people how long the group had to prepare exactly As someone who know TEAM 4:00 members (the one who did VICTORY SONG by SKZ), I had an hard time seeing Hamin in this states because I was fan of their ex-group and knowing their full history is even more heartbreaking. The leader from their ex-team actually tried to join PEAK TIME, he was the one who auditionned with an ASTRO song during the soloist part but he didn't get pick so now he is in the survival show FANTASY BOYS. The leader in question sued their ex-agency with another members (same company Jongup from TEAM 24;00 sued with his group, so he was their senior, the ex- company is know as one of the worse Kpop company because they were sued by all their artists or almost). They revealed how the dorms conditions was terrible (apartment too small for 10 members/their belongings/regular home equipments, their electricity and water frequently cut off due to unpaid bill by the agency, at some point they had to wash and sleep at a sauna), if it wasn't thank to their parent help, the condition would have been even worse. The members were verbally and physically abused by the agency, the other member who sued revealed at some point he got hit with a chair, not to add the members were used as free laborers for the Executive’s Hobby (there are photos of the members and the dance team having to organize, post, package, and sell the executive's shoes online). Hamin, the one talking was normally minor during this period It's even harder to watch knowing they had to throught all of this at such an age. For the BAD BOY concept, I saw someone translating it more like "mischievous kids" which make sense with the performance Gon from TEAM 11:00 quicky became my bias in their group, unfortunately for us, he is now taken by Junseo from TEAM 13:00, they call each others "jagiya" which is basically "honey/sweetheart" The one you pointed out from TEAM 24;00 I think are Jongup and GON (yes two GON in PEAK TIME 😂). You picked TEAM 24:00 leader and the other is TEAM 24:00 youngest, one big duo, they are so funny together outside the show. Basically they bicker each others almost all the time, you have Gon wanting Jongup love but getting teased/rejected, Gon tagging himself on Jongup ass on IG Jongup is very eloquent and a great speaker, I feel like because he is experienced in the industry, he is really great with this and also giving advices to youngers people when it's needed, with his group he was confronted at how harsh the Kpop Industry can be especially when he was still one of the member part of the maknae line and he also did other survival show before like Jay Park mentionned so he gained even more experience which help. The support each groups have for each others is a big point of why the show is so nice. A lot of them are actually linked to each others, for example a lot of them did PRODUCE (Hangyul from TEAM 13:00, the three members of TEAM 18:00, at least 3 members of TEAM 14:00). Hangyul also did THE UNIT with Byungjoo and Heedo from TEAM 24:00. Junseo from TEAM 13:00 did BOYS24 with Heechan and E-chan from TEAM 8:00. Some members of TEAM 15:00 could have debuted with some members from TEAM 11:00, Gon from TEAM 24:00 did a musical with Jongup teamate etc. Also, most of them are here because they faced the harsh reality of the industry and truly understand each others situations so I think that's why they are even more supporting Their interactions are so amazing outside the show, you have some of the TEAM just barging into the IG live of another Team, them doing challenges together. You have even a whole Hee-line who was created by Heejae from TEAM 7:00 he put Heechan from TEAM 8:00 in it, Heedo from TEAM 24:00 and just because Youngseo from TEAM 13:00 have Yoo as surname, same as Heedo and him, he put him in the line. Heejae cant stop with Heedo, he called him his one pick 😂
