In my newest headcanon he's the experienced Actor turned Director who's also a close friend with the author who wrote him a cameo as Brutus. This scene is handled by the 2nd team Director who's on hand now that the two sub-plot teams has re-merged

Nazen: "Hey, what's Brutus still doing hanging around set, anyway? Not that I mind having him around, but isn't his role kinda... y'know." Clovis: "You... haven't been reading ahead in the script, have you?" Nazen: "Not really. I'm taking it scene by scene. Figured my character reactions would come across more genuinely surprised by any plot twists that way." Clovis: "Surprised? Woof. Get ready for a lot of that." Nazen: "What? Why? What's coming up in the plot?" Clovis: "Ha! No, no. Don't let me mess with your method, Mr. Character Actor." Nazen: "Oh, now that's evil." Clovis: "Call it MY method, haha. Now, if you'll excuse me, costuming needs to make my head look like it smacked into a stone wall." Nazen: "The true method actor would just go smack their head against an actual wall." Clovis: "And ruin this face? Not even I am willing to sacrifice that much for the craft!" Nazen: "Tch. The narcissistic villain. Now THAT'S method acting."

Roughlandin

Clovis is actually one of the nicest people on set. He always makes little gift baskets as going away presents whenever he kills off one of his goons. Meanwhile, Brutus keeps halting production because he insists on rewriting most of his lines so they sound sufficiently cute and dumb. Thanks, Tom! Congrats, Canis!

Funny enough, my "off-camera" headcanon is that Brutus' actor is working on his PhD in something like quantum physics (his "death" is due to needing to finish and defend his dissertation). Clovis, on the other hand is a pair of fraternal twins (goth fem and "bishi" mel) who are constantly arguing who has the right to go after Brutus.

I had a feeling this was an off set piece from the thumbnail due to Natani wearing a wedding ring. I love these. So much headcanon here. Of course Reni can do her own stunts. She's a dragon.

Clovis-actor reminds me of Ralph Fiennes. Amazingly hatable villain on screen, but super kind and nice in real life.

I don't think that is technically 'natani' so much as the actor that plays both the magi bros. At least if my memory is correct anyway, could be wrong.
