VN DevPost: Places, Setting. (Patreon)

This month's post will be shorter, but it will have important infos none the less.

I'll also give you out info about the next post which i mooosttt likely already know what i will do. 

So, without further ado, lets talk about WHERE is the VN happening.

Ruslan speaks russiany english, but he and you aren't in russia.

The beach where you meet is in America. The beach of Crescent city, in California. All the story will develop in Crescent city, most specifically...

At the Beach, At Ruslan's house, at the park, pubs/resturants and other mudane places like maybe the teather, hospital and so on. 

The setting of the VN is to be homely warm, small and confortable. I'll be honest, i dont know anything of this Crescent city, im not american :D So the writing might and will most likely describe a different Crescent city than the original. 

It is to sound like a town that doesn't have much people, everyone knows each other and is used to each other. Even you and Ruslan already know each other but haven't talked much. 

A small town where you spent all your life, childhood memories, familiar faces, and not much of an adventure, only candid warmth of a familiar safety. 

Not much of an adventure up untill you finally decide to talk to a certain russian otter, of course. 

There will not be major drama, sure, Ruslan is troubled and has some business to deal with his his head, but don't expect overly tragic stuff. This first VN will be about you breaking that life cycle, that routine that you're so used to and do something new. 

Endings will depend on how you follow the story and how much attention you bring to details. I'll make sure it is worth being careful with your replies and reading expressions and details. 

Sorry if this post seems underwhelming, this month i didn't work much on the VN because i was busy with personal stuff. for next month i'll bring you... the roadmap of the VN! I feel like a gamedev hahaha
