Since fetter = chain this might be Sylvy's "I will never serve" arrow. It doesn't say it maims or kills. It just finds the mark. She then gets her paused soul bit back. No longer bound to death? Although, Alleria is voidy and fettery too?

Wait, wait...Im kinda detached on the WoW lore, but our earth, our strength - you know...when you torn old god out of the planet, it causes wound, spilling of Azeroth's blood. Does that mean, that they are like leeches? Sucking up the blood? Perhaps corrupting it. This is nothing new - void trying to corrupt Azeroth and blah blah blah. But now it kinda clicked, when you look at the pool around Yog, which is his blood(?) - saronite, it kinda reminds me of Azeroth's blood.
