Yea Microsoft strikes again with the update messing things up for everyone. People at my job and family had to redo a good chunk of their configurations. :|

i already had windows 10 . it was just the recent update didnt seem to install properly now i have to install everything again from scratch if it works

If you haven't yet, I would look into turning off automatic updates. I do that myself due to waiting on doing an update until they tend to fix what they break unless it's a security critical one. You should be able to adjust that under the Services function within windows under WIndows Update to stop the service.

Gah. I'm sorry. This auto-update stuff from Microsoft is just mind bendingly bad. Hopefully everything goes smoothly for you with the reinstall. On the bright side, nice, fresh, up to date and clean system after a format!
