Howdy friends,

Hope you all had a wonderful holiday season and your 2023 is off to a great start.

Many thanks for sticking around during my lil break period! Starting from tomorrow I'm officially back and ready to go full tilt for the rest of the year. That means billing will resume from the 1st of Feb, and regular updates will return as well.

Now inspite of me taking it easy over the last month I have been working in the background on the next video a little as well just so there isn't too much downtime on the channel.

The new video will be Obscure & Forgotten PS1 Games Vol.13 and it will be the first entry in the upcoming run of viewer specials, so I can migrate the viewer picks over to Patreon. (Vol.13-20)

I've managed to finish 3 of the 4 games and have their scripts completed. I'm currently playing through the fourth entry which is a little longer than what I'm used too for these videos, but all going well I can't see the project taking any longer than two more weeks to edit and finalise.

I've a few other ideas in the background for fun videos which are stewing away, but I'll reveal more about them as time goes on.

In the meantime you might also be interested in another ongoing project I'm working on. It's essentially a spreadsheet aiming to list every playstation game by region/publisher/developer/genre/serial number etc.

While all this info is available on the net already, unfortunately theres no easy way to filter and sort through it, which is something that would be quite useful to the work I do. So I've gone ahead and just tried to make it for myself.

It's far from finished and will take a very long time to complete but I'd figure I'd share the doc here with you, so folks can view it as it grows. I'm currently focusing on Japanese region games first, since it's the largest collection of games and also the biggest blind spot but when finished it should have the entire PAL/NTSC/NTSC-J collection.

Anyway, thanks as always for your support and I hope to chat to you again real soon!

Much love,
Sean

How did the break treat you? I know it wasn't a break from everything, but did it help reset things a bit? Looking forward to new videos!

It was nice, thank you! Good to reset and have some time to just hang out on the couch from for a while haha Made me miss making working on videos though, so I'd say it was a success! :)
