Something that the final episode didn't do a great job of showing, especially with how Gon reacted to the nen of the World Tree sapling.....is that when Gon formed his contract which turned him into adult Gon, Something healed Gon, but that healing did not include restoring his nen. So even though Gon could still feel the nen of the tree, he himself actually can't use nen anymore.

thats something were wondering about. Killuas wish wasn't specific enough to restore his nen and make him how he was before he did the contract. So he def lost his nen for now?
