Okay, I'm uploading one more lower resolution version here that may  be more phone friendly.  Let me know if this one works also for phones.  Grrrr...would be so much easier if I could just post these on YouTube, unlisted, and provide links.  But from what I read, YouTube will still take down vids even if unlisted.
