New File Formats (Patreon)

I'm about to start posting.  Just a heads up...the last poll suggested that pdfs were preferable over individual images, but I'm also including a zip file too along with a pdf.  Let me know if anyone has any problems viewing.  This just seemed like a more organized way to deliver the content.
