Another favorite for me, is the 'controversial ' album The Final Cut Some Floyd fans see it as a bunch of The Wall leftovers, and just a Roger Waters solo album. I freaking love it! The songs are great, Especially 'The Gunner's Dream'. The title track is amazing. 'Two Suns in the Sunset' is lush. There are some gorgeous David Gilmour solos, too. Perhaps a controversial stand, but the 3 Roger Waters solo albums are far superior to the Pink Floyd albums without him. 'The Pros and Cons of Hitchhiking' is weird AF, but Roger's lyrics supported by Eric Clapton's incredibly tasty guitar licks, David Sanborn 's plaintive Sax and Michael Kamen's amazing keys and orchestration. Definitely a Herbal Supplement kind of album. Then, 'Perfect Sense pt 1 & 2', from What God Wants (he had to settle for Jeff Beck on Guitar for this one) is so amazing, the gorgeous descending piano at the beginning to the female singer just wailing. . ."and they gave him command of a nuclear submarine, and sent him back in search of the Garden of Eden". The Marv Albert comes in.

Daily Doug, Have you looked into Pink Floyd's "Obscured By Clouds"?, It was a soundtrack for a French Movie "La Vallee", which is all Floyd. I have not seen it listed in previous polls and it is the album that inspired "Dark Side of the Moon". First, the song "What's Uh Deal?" was going to be one of the songs for 'Dark Side of the Moon", but I believe they went in another direction, thankfully, good song but I am happy with that album 'as is'. Next, the song "Us and Them" was originally going to be included in "Obscured by Clouds" but the movie producers didn't want it. A lot of the music from 'obscured by clouds' was oblivious to the movie's theme which I have also heard is not clearly envisioned away. There are a number of songs they did live at Pompe (spelling?) like 'Stay', 'Bridges Burning' and 'What's Uh Deal?'...I think that you would really enjoy this album in its entirety as one last gap of the PInk Floyd experience.
