I've had some folks tell me that they want to support the channel but are either wary of new apps or the Patreon model itself. And, the channel is at the threshold that we can now offer them.

So, we're creeping into the space with a small one-tier "Helvering's Army" name. The main perks are simply the badge and access to some special emojis (that we also have here). There is no expectation that you need to participate in both programs. (I'm just happy you're all here!) And, if you'd rather stop your Patreon subscription and simply become a member on YT, I'd still welcome you with open arms.

I consider all of you, whether you financially support the channel here or on YT or both, as Helvering's Army.

Much love to you all!

Doug

My dad was a veteran. I wasn’t. So I’m making that up by joining two Helvering Army’s. Reporting for duty, sir.

Just to clarify Doug. If you stop Pateron and just do YouTube, you will lose access to all Patreon perks?

Yes, that's true. All the Extended Play Lounge, Behind the Score, and Daily Doug Live vids reside privately on Vimeo and are only linked here on Patreon. And, the discord remains a Patreon-only community.

Hi Doug, put me down for the Helvering Army, I'm a big fan and look forward to your Daily Doug first thing in the morning as I'm in Australia.

I fell in love with your channel when I saw the first reaction video, this is almost a year ago. Thank you for your work, I am more than happy to support the channel.

Hi Doug! I saw the notice on YouTube to “enlist,” but I couldn’t find any link anywhere. The notice included a “Join” button, but nothing happened when I clicked (tried many times). I went to your channel Home page and saw nothing there. I’d like to sign up but can’t find a way to do it!
