What would you like to see most first?

I'm slowly but surely getting caught up on past commissions I owe, and once those are officially completed (or at least very close to being so) I'd like to consider providing the occasional exclusive slot to patreon supporters. I've been mulling over how to go about it in a fashion where it is most beneficial to all: something that is fun to make, is great practice, something I can get done quickly enough, that is more affordable, and something that other supporters would like to see!

I do have a variety of ideas that would be fun to carry out as concepts. Themed things usually, like mini "your character as a RPG enemy" sheets, or stylistic "limited color palette" pin-ups. I'll always be sure to provide an example of what I mean when posting!

I'm still going to be receptive to suggestions/requests, it is merely that I will occasionally throw out the line for people to be able to commission and acquire more guaranteed and personalized art. They won't be as big and as involved as more specific traditional commissions, but they're also going to be far cheaper because of that (I'm talking the $50 - $120 range depending on what I'm offering at the moment). I'll also likely be less strict with slots, giving more folks a chance!

With all that said, never hurts to chum the waters for what you folk want to get at most! For a brief explanation of each thing for those unfamiliar:

- YCHs: "Your-Character-Here," a commission where the artist has a pre-established idea/theme they'd like to draw and has the base pose for the character already hashed out, it's just a matter of drawing your character into said pose!

- Adoptables: A character designed by the artist themselves off pure artistic freedom. Can be based off a pitched theme or core concept. Said character can then be purchased and owned by someone who wishes to have/use them. This is usually beneficial to people who want characters for RPGs and as references for various hobbies, but prefer getting to have an artist's ready-made design.

I figured YCH would be more popular but I'm voting adopts on the sheer weight of you being able to make what feels right to you means you'll be able to get through it more easily

I APPRECIATE THAT! It would be nice to do both on and off, take advantage of that moment's whimsy, whatever makes for faster more stream lined output! Though it is just nice to gauge interest all the same. c:

The ych though gives basic scene/pose control over to you though, Moss, and leaves design to us which must take a little bit of the pressure off, right? I'm interested in seeing what ych poses or scenes there could be and which of my oc's might ostensibly work because I've always wanted to commission you for that kind of stuff 🥰

It most certainly is the most efficient approach getting to punt it to the half-way mark like that, hahaha! I find that hashing out the base pose / sketch is the hardest part to any commission because you're trying to telepathically convey exactly what a client has in mind, which can be a toss up. Getting all that out of the way helps loads!

Honestly I usually just go for regular commissions. Not that I have a problem with YCH here ones, but I never purchase adoptables.
