How’s everyone’s mental/physical health holding up? Hope everyone is doing well. Since our gym closed up last week, Kate and I have been doing workouts in our apartment using Pilates stuff on YouTube. This stuff is HARD!!! But past that I’ve been making more videos, doing some sessions, cooking, teaching on Skype, and all that jazz. How are you all keeping busy at home?

Me and some local musicians are trying to do a Facebook live gig to try and keep some semblance of playing music with each other.

Hey Brother. When you get some time could you look at Example 1 in the Lynch REH video. He calls it a “Blues Stretch” See if it’s something you could expand on in a lesson- because when you use long 4 finger stretches high up the neck on using both the first and second strings simultaneously a few notes will be identical and fundamentally kinda defeats the purpose of the stretch- but of course it doesn’t because long stretches feel and sound great and are flashy- but you have to have the right lick to make it work- that’s were you come in. Make us some stretch licks to practice. Thx Bud.
