FFI Patch Status (Patreon)

We were informed, just now, that our order of patches has not shipped from our mfg. We have been told they are specifically having issues with the Arabic text on the disc patch with the keys. At this time, we do not have an delivery estimate from their people. We have a call scheduled on Monday to try to get a better answer as so many of you are anxiously awaiting your orders.

This has been incredibly frustrating as this product was prepaid in full, back in August with a guesstimated six week delivery window. As some of you are aware of this has not been our only delay. Our new 28 mm game is running almost 3 months behind schedule, and we have a whole new lineup of ball caps coming which was anticipated on November 3 - now anticipated for early January delivery.

We took orders in good faith, assuming products would be delivered as promised, on Nov 17, then 21, then 24, then 27, then 29, and finally on December 2.

We apologize for these unreasonable and unexpected delays. They were completely beyond our control.

We will have another update by end of day, Monday, but rest assured we will fulfill every single order received.
