It has come to our attention and now been confirmed, that the Arabic printed on the Cold Harbor hoodies was provided to us "reversed".

The hoodie does say "Special Projects" (or Special Forces depending on your exact interpretation) however it says that on the back of the sweat shirt, not the front.

On the front, is printed the unit motto of the Crisis Troop - "Ready to Die" which is an homage to the motto "QUYET TU" of the MIKE Force and Nung Mercenary employed by US Special Operations during the Vietnam War.

After we received a PM about this two weeks ago, we did further research and we have since learned it is possible to interpret this text as "Candidate for Death" or "Ready for Death" which has allusions to martyrdom but also would not be out of place on the Unit Patch for a group like the ISOF, Counter Terrorist Pursuit Teams, Asayish, etc.

That said, we wanted to alert everyone of this as soon as we had solid info on it.

While we cannot offer refunds, we will extend deep discounts on upcoming products to everyone who purchased a hoodie to try to make amends for this error. As always, thank you for your continued support.

This makes the jacket slightly more METAL than before. But also means I REALLY shouldn't wear it on domestic flights...

I'm pretty sure anything in Arabic is not a good idea for domestic flights hahaha

At least it doesn't say something romantic about goats. Still love the hoodie.

Thanks for the update. Funny enough a Lebanese girl I was briefly talking to asked if my hoody had Arabic on it, and of course I answered yes. She never followed up that question with anything... I wonder what she was thinking lol.

Thanks for the heads up. Still a slick hoodie. Definitely gets looks on base

It is a GREAT hoodie!!! I just LOVE mine... I had to shrink it because I got it too big, but after 3 washes in hot water and drying it on hot it fits great on me.

Cool thing nonetheless. Event more now it’s « controversial ». Arabic is subject to interpretation, I’m not even surprised. IMHO, the hoody is totally worth it !

Good thing the font makes it look like random squiggles
