Update from Japan (Patreon)

We've had a number of meetings with our producer. We are meeting with several talents in the form of character designers, animators, studios and project managers over the next few days. The initial groundwork and analysis puts the cost per episode at around $500k with about 4-5 months for animation alone and another 1-2 months in post. With approximately 8 months of pre-production.

This does not include actors/talent which we still have to figure out.

As you can see this is a massive project which everyone here will be getting first glances at - in addition, while we have a meeting already scheduled with Netflix Japan next week, it is likely we will have to raise a bunch of this $$$ if we want to retain the majority of creative control so we wend up with a BPRE piece vs a GI Joe episode.
