For those of you who missed the original announcement, Near Present is a new IP in development by Echelon Software/Design Team Ember.

Near Present is a wholly new series, but it will be immediately familiar to BPRE fans. We have a new graphic novels, games, and other "special projects" already in development.

As development continues, we will release NP content on this Patreon. We also intend to leave the existing BPRE content accessible to all supporters. This work is not possible without your support.

Details will be announced here as they become, "canon" internally. This is very much a WIP. Regarding Josh, he will not be diverted to work on the graphic novels prior to completing Awbari. We have a new industrial design unit developing tech and weapons based on the mission(s) we are depicting.
