Cat "Oh, haha! Well, I didnae see a thing, and there's nothing suspicious about little ole me, nope!"

Some more extended "Restricted Materia" stuff! My canon is Red and Cat are an item; while he might get a bit frustrated with the furball at times, he ultimately loves him.
