Chapter 8 / Pg 8 breakdowns (Patreon)

I wanted to show a breakdown of Page 8! There's kind of a whole secondary story happening through the facial expressions and body language so I thought it would be fun to share Percy and Cameron's ~duplicitous exchange~

Ananth was the one who thumbnailed this page! Thank you Ananth, you did a great job!!!! It was fun and stupid to do all the dick analogies with Cameron's stupid sword, I hope people enjoyed the double entendre lmao

For some reason this scene was a huge challenge for me to color - I wanted the colors to be heavily yellow and blue (Cameron's hair & eye colors), and making sure each page was properly visually balanced was hard!!!! I'm really happy with how the balance came out on this page, the way the deeper blue is in the corners, and the slash of yellow following through from the top right to the bottom left. This stuff is hard! I'm not naturally inclined to doing color work!
