[Story]

Moria, who had a major conflict with humans in the past, had been living in an abandoned bell tower deep in the forest for many years.

One day, while Moria was walking in the nearby forest, she felt a strange sensation. At first it was a slight change in the air, then the temperature, and eventually she noticed that the trees around her had changed from familiar hardwoods to conifers, and Moria was struck by intense hallucinations and ringing in her ears, as if she were experiencing disturbing visual noise. While she was momentarily distracted, the surrounding forest had completely changed. When she looked back the way she had just come, it was no longer the forest she knew.

She was bewildered by her current situation, but remained calm. She continued on her way, trying to find clues to solve this anomaly.

The temperature in the unknown forest was cooler and the air colder than in the forest where I usually live. Above all, it was eerie, with no sign or trace of living creatures. Halfway along the road, we found a wide asphalt road. The road, which was sandwiched between forests, curved and continued to the end of the horizon. That means there are humans here too, Moria thought.

After a short walk, Moria spotted a large house situated right on the road. It was the first structure she had seen here. As she approached cautiously, she heard the voices and noises of Pokémon, and Moria approached it with a sense of security that Pokémon were there, but also with suspicion.

The house was a large three-story structure, surrounded by a fence separating the property and a series of huts where Pokémon would live. Inside the fence, Pokémon were free to move about, but upon closer inspection, I noticed a number of them appeared to be injured or suffering from the aftereffects of injuries. And then there was a human figure who seemed to be talking to them. It is difficult to determine their gender from their appearance, but they are probably women. She has reddish purple hair with blue mesh and wears glasses.

What kind of place is this and why are they injured? Moria, who has a strong distrust of humans, made a frightening guess. Humans are creatures that catch Pokémon and force them to follow them. And this must be a prison camp. Deep in the woods, where no one can see them, Pokémon must be being mistreated.

A blue flame of anger flared in Moria's eyes, and with one swift movement, she leapt over the fence and swung her horns at the human in front of her.

But Moria's blade was blocked by another blade. Before she knew it, another Absol was standing in front of her. A rather small female with red eyes and a large old scar over her left eye, Moria was surprised to see one of the few survivors of her kind here. Apparently, the same was true of the Absol in front of her. But recognizing Moria as an enemy, Absol quickly regained her composure and pushed back her blade. Surprised by the sudden turn of events, the Pokémon scattered and left the scene.

Moria guessed that this Absol must be the human's partner or bodyguard, judging from the hostility she was displaying. And the human did not react in any way to this situation. He could not read any emotion from the human's eyes or facial expression, but he seemed to be assessing who Moria was.

Several voices were heard from the back of the building. Sensing the disadvantage in numbers, Moria retreated once, followed by Absol.

After they left, the human mentioned earlier, ZOE Yukon, had some thoughts about Moria.

Since there is no Absol inhabiting the Galar region, it is hard to believe that it is endemic to this area. It could be an assassin sent by humans, or it could be a Pokémon that was formerly a partner of humans. Or... a "castaway.

Amber Yukon, BUCK, and the others heard the commotion and came over.Amber talked to ZOE as if she hadn't heard the commotion, and ZOE joined in the conversation.Salty (Eiscue), BUCK's brother (the eldest of the brothers-in-law including BUCK and Billy) joined in the fun.

BUCK, who was disgusted by the usual scene with no sense of danger, intervened and found out from ZOE what was going on.

The first priority was to persuade or secure Moria, the unidentified Absol. Nothing could be done without first hearing what was going on from her.

After hearing what had happened, BUCK followed them into the forest. He was worried that ZOE had told him that White Fang was getting worked up.

Salty declared that he would accompany them as the leader of the search party, but it was blindingly obvious that he was just curious. Just in case, we also brought along Mami (Boltund), a rational and friendly person from Amber's team.

Assuming that Moria had hostile feelings toward humans, ZOE and Amber made the decision to stay put. However, they were also prepared to use "tough measures" measures in case of emergency……

As Moria retreated deeper into the forest, White Fang pursued her with frightening speed.

Finding it impossible to shake off the pursuit, Moria assumed a fighting stance and cloaked her head in blue ghostly flames.

White Fang, wary of his unknown abilities, kept his distance and waited to see what his opponent would do.

Moria fired a ghostly blue flame at her opponent.

White Fang evaded it, but the ghost flame changed its trajectory and tracked her like a living creature.

White Fang created wind around herself and fired Razor Wind at Moria through the gap between the ghost flames.

Moria quickly dodges the blade of wind that is released with a high-pitched wind noise.

Both sides, realizing that the other was a tricky opponent, stepped up their attacks, with Moria firing more ghost flames, hoping to catch her opponent off guard.

The next moment, however, White Fang's figure instantly vanished from sight, and before he knew it, he had stepped into Moria's bosom, or blind spot in between the two.

White Fang's red eyes grew sharper, and the old wound in his left eye was stained blood red.

Moria quickly created a barrier between them with her ghost flame and evaded the attack.

Once he had gained distance, White Fang quickly prepared for Razor Wind.

However, that wind was different from the previous one, a black wind.

White Fang swung his blade toward Moria.

Moria sensed that something was different from the previous Razor Wind and took evasive action quickly.

The next moment, the tree behind Moria was cut in half and collapsed.

Then a wind noise echoed.

Moria did not understand what had happened, but after a few moments, she realized that the wind blades were flying at a speed she could not react to, probably faster than the speed of sound.

Moria broke out in a cold sweat imagining what would have happened if she had been a little slower to evade, but at the same time, and this prepared her for what was to come.

Moria released all of her ghostly powers and her surroundings were enveloped in a blue-white light.

White Fang was once again cloaked in black wind, stepping on the ground and ready to attack.

And just as he was about to strike with his all-out attack, a voice rang out and distracted them.

There were BUCK, Salty, and Mami, who had followed them.......

This is a crossover story in which Moria, the OC of Artemis the Absol, gets lost in a dimension where OTW exists. This is a story that came about in a private chat with Artemis. His OCs, Artemis and Moria, and my OCs, BUCK and White Fang, have a lot in common, so I was thinking of an opportunity to bring them together.

While keeping the crossover as the main focus, I was able to introduce them to the OTW location and other new information. Come to think of it, I probably rarely painted or mentioned the OTW house.

Incidentally, the black wind Razor Wind used by White Fang at the end is Razor Wind [Zekuu] (鎌鼬【是空】), which I mentioned in the OTW exclusive Discord.
